The apartment was great with two bathrooms and a fantastic view. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The view on the 15th floor is tremendous - Brisbane and the ocean. It is easy walking distance to Dune Cafe which has coffee and food to die for. Coles supermarket is just down the road with some great shops there as well. The Noodle Box was not worth the visit.

We only got one roll of toilet paper and had to ask for more as the stay went on. There were no facial tissues or paper towel.

Room was reasonably updated and comfortable .. would have liked a coffee pod machine. We asked for extra pillows for the single beds as they only had 1 pillow each. Pillows were a bit flat and could do with replacing . These are only minor feedback comments

No coffee pod machine and toiletries were minimal for a 4 day stay for 4 people .. also suggest pool towels for guests to use. We had to buy our own toilet paper because there was not enough for 4 day stay .

The outlook is incredible, traveling in August I was able to see whales passing by without leaving the balcony. The facilities are excellent, the pool is very good and the gardens immaculate. There is a book swap in the basement which suited my needs. The apartments are spacious, comfortable and well equipped. What makes this facility so good though is the staff. They were friendly, kind, thoughtful and patiently answered all my questions.

Some of the furnishings are a little tired but it was still comfortable

The location was great and the staff were very friendly the reception area was beautiful and smelt amazing. All the staff we met were nice and helpful.The pool and spa were awesome my grandson loved them.beds were comfortable and the apartment was clean and furnished nicely. I would definitely stay there again also the ocean veiw and pool at night was gorgeous.

The hot water ran out abit quick but that was only once so it was not a big problem. That is the only negative everything else was pretty much perfect.

The view from the apartment is fantastic, from views straight down the Coast including Surfers in the background, great views of the ocean, beach & pool below.

Minor housekeeping issues like cobwebs on the windows in the 2nd bedroom & corners & skirting boards in bathroom areas not as clean as I would like. The curtains in the main bedroom are very light weight causing the sunrise to wake you generally around 5am. Not ideal when on holiday! In the end I had to purchase an eye ask to solve the issue. Oddly enough the curtains in the Lounge area are block out.

The pool area was lovely and very child friendly. Both pool and spa were a perfect temperature. There was enough seating around the pool and shade at all times of the day. The kitchen was well supplied with plates, cutlery (including some especially for the BBQ are) and cooking utensils. The view from our room was lovely and there was easy access to the beach.

We had to pay quite a lot to get a room with air conditioning but it was in a place on the wall that did not cool the whole room, and two windows were locked open. There was no starter pack e.g salt/pepper, tea or coffee.

The facilities and position were great. Perfect for what we wanted.

There were a few things- I think that maybe towels could have been replaced after 3days and it would have been good to have face clothes. There were some things in the kitchen which would be great- just some simple basics like pepper and salt, maybe milk and coffee and tea for just when you arrive. A set of matching coffee cups and wine glasses maybe. I noticed that the corners in the bathrooms were not very clean and the couches and cushions could do with a dry clean or new covers. It was fine for us as we came with young children so we didn't get stressed about this but possibly an adult group would have found this a bit off putting. We had a great holiday.

The pool and beach access were the best, location is definitely a huge plus for this place. I liked our room, we seemed to have received an upgrade from what we had booked. We booked a 2 bed apartment and received a 3 bed apartment. Overall we had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay, definitely will be recommending to friends with kids.

These things are not big issues at all, would improve the experience by removing some annoyances (relates to apartment 22B): 1) Ensuite shower filling up with water, drain not free flowing 2) No sharp knives, and the knife sharpener was not working 3) Water jug had a crack about half way up so could not fill above the crack and we kept running out of cold water 4) No plugs were found in the apartment by us that fitted the kitchen sink

Perfect right on the beach location with a great large pool. Very clean . Walking distance to Coles, pub, surf club and eateries. Very friendly and helpful staff on reception. She even remembered my name three days after checking in. Also great security needing to swipe at several different places and a good deadbolt on the unit door.

The only negative I could think of is the lift in the carpark was hard to find. Needs signage l.

Location is excellent, beautiful pool and spa. View is spectacular, right on Palm Beach.

Under building parking is very tight, especially our allocated spot. Cleanliness of unit could have been better, light dust on surfaces and marks on walls that I easily cleaned off. Unit is very usable but outdated.
