Comfy bed, there was a desk and chair AND an easy chair. The coffee station/fridge/microwave are very convenient. TV is a great size and has many options for programs. This is a GREAT value, I will definitely stay here again when in Hendersonville or Asheville.

The remote for the heat/ac didn't work The lights over each bed LOOK like they would be great, but I couldn't get them to come on. There is no handrail on the left side of the stairs to Room 14. The parking was confusing at first, I drove to the back thinking I would have access to the side street, but I had to turn around. Maybe a "no outlet" sign? All the parking spaces slant towards the back of the property, adding to my thought process that it was one-way.

This was our first time staying here and we will definitely be back! Nice and easy check in and check out. Beautiful property with grills available and a beautiful outdoor seating area to enjoy the evening! The beds were very comfortable, the rooms were bigger than most hotel rooms and the location was great!! The employee we saw was very helpful and so nice!! I would definitely recommend your cabins!!

The only thing I can say I didn't like was no ice machine on the property. But we made do.

The location was perfect! It was only minutes from family. The room looked like a log cabin. The room came with a coffee maker, and coffee of your choosing. Bathroom was stocked with body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Hand soap at the sink and lotion. A gazebo had a BBQ you could use and seating for a large group.

Would have liked to have the option of a second bed in room. Pictures showed some with kitchenettes also would have loved to cook my own food for my gastrointestinal health.

It was very clean, temperature was easy to control, bed was very comfortable, the surrounding area was pleasant with floral and a place to stroll, food/local bbq and pizza close by; downtown Hendersonville close by. Had a small refrigerator/freezer, very convenient, microwave and coffee pot which we didn't use. Love the keyless entry (use code).

For what we asked and what we got, it was a great value. It met all our needs and likes: no carpet, fresh and clean.

Location was great—-convenient to Hendersonville, yet quiet and quaint. Rustic but immaculately cleaned, bed linens, pillows, towels, etc., were 5-star hotel quality. We loved the full size bottles of toiletries—“Public Goods” brand, which are of excellent quality (I’m already finding the website to purchase them for my home.) Coffee station was great—Keurig, tea & coffee pods, sugar, sweeteners, cups, stirrers, etc. We were greeted with fresh local apples, breakfast bars & mints in our room! The gazebo outside had an ice maker, mood lighting, ceiling fan, gas and charcoal grills, and comfy Adirondack chairs. The shower is huge with updated shower heads—mounted and hand-held. A new hotel quality blow dryer was in the room. I could go on and on with all the nice touches/amenities. I would like to add that the housekeeping staff does an absolutely excellent job!

Room wasnt one i booked it was ok but very out dated really wanted the room that was in picture was up to take care of my mom she is going through chemo because she has breast cancer. I was disappointed in room i got but i learned to be ok with it since office was closed when i arrived so i couldnt let them know. Staff was pleasant when i asked for another night because my mom wasnt doing good and didnt want me to leave. I really wish i had room that was in picture i needed something to be able to go back to when i left my mom but i just stayed gone so i didnt have to really stay in room long what i really needed was just some time to myself. I wouldnt of paid what i did for room i got stuck with.

Updated photos room i got stuck with wasnt room i wanted they were closed when i checked in no choice and im battling enough with my mom to battle with hotel staff.. i know they would just blow me off anyways like oh u should have told us ... no since in complaining nothing ever gets done anyways

clean, modern, comfortable

No one present on the premises. "Contactless checkin " is offered by many major hotels, but there is always a person on the premises should you need help. Booking should explain the "contactless checkin by adding the fact that all communication, including checkin is by text messaging, and there is no live person on the premises. Extremely frustrating!

Suddenly I felt like I was with my folks in 1962 on a road trip. This was exactly the type of place we would stay . The difference this was spotlessly clean , very well maintained , with Keurig coffee maker and a very comfortable bed .

The mystery staff . I never actually saw any front desk or lobby personnel. The lobby was closed and I called the number on door and eventually someone called me back and gave me room code but it was strangely impersonal. They told me I’d get a text with code but it never came. I’d stay here again Definitely but it was just a little odd

This was our second stay and won’t be our last! We love the ease of booking , checking in and out and the comfortable beds! Great location always clean and we love that you have a porch with seating. So much better that being trapped in a hotel room . Beautiful property and lit gazebo with grill . This trip was last minute and after booking there was a slight mix-up but I received a call and was given a king room with full kitchen at no extra charge.Hopefully next time we can stay longer!

The nightly rate could be cheaper but that’s every where these days .

Location, so quaint. Loved the grounds. Room was super clean. Mattress and pillows were very comfortable. Appreciated the attention to detail in providing for the needs in the room.

Just wish there were vending machines but I understand the difficulty in doing that without on location staff. Maybe if there was a generic code to get into the check in facility…
