Amazing all round! Great price, amazing location, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful especially Dan who is such a kind and caring man. I could t recommend this hotel highly enough if you are staying in phong Nha. Bike rental, in the middle of all the coffee shops and restaurants. 10/1

Everything very well at this hotel great location wonderful tour of the caves breakfast on the terrace lots of fresh fruit and toast and coffee. also have a really nice pool table in one of the upper floor Terraces. Highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent, spacious room, as you can see in the pictures. Unfortunately, there is no picture of the view from the balcony, facing the mountains: magnificent. There is an elevator. Almost everything essential: the departure point for the boats to the Phong Nha cave (you don't need an organized tour here, you buy the ticket and that's it, they will take you there), shops and two excellent restaurants, just opposite: in Bamboo they serve both Western and Vietnamese food, these are a little it's being modified, but it's excellent, on the other hand, I recommend trying the beef Pho (soup) made in the local style at the local restaurant to the left of it. Its seasoning is special. The only problem with Phong Nha is if you come to Dong Hoi by train or bus: the taxi drivers are real mountain robbers. Try to choose a bus that takes you directly to Phong Nha.

Overall the stay was really good in this hotel. Breakfast was OK, average quality and quantity. The room was really spacious and clean, and the bed was comfy. We rented a motorbike with them and it was very good mean of transport to visit the national park and caves. Their view from the rooftop was amazing.

WiFi was horrible, it was better to use our mobile data as most of the time it was either super slow or not even working.

Value for money. We had booked this place for a day so that we could freshen up before our visit to the Phong Nha Caves. The staff was very polite and accommodating. We arrived at 6 in the morning and there was someone waiting to check us in. They also made arrangements for our transfer to the train station, caves during the day. They also made us some veg sandwiches for breakfast as none of us ate meat/eggs Found the staff very helpful and will definitely recommend the place. The rooms were clean with all the basic amenities required.

Huge room, with basic amenities. Location is good, right in the centre of Phong Nha town. Breakfast on the rooftop ensures beautiful views, staff was friendly.

Breakfast provided was good, but (fruit) flies on the uncovered fruits buffet put me off.

Room with breakfast, cheap and central. Great view on their top bar. Happy to recommend this hotel to every one.

Perfect location right in the centre of the village lots of restaurants near by. The man at reception was absolutely lovely. Really really helpful during our stay. Helped us book tours and onward travel. The room was lovely, big and clean the bed was super comfy also!! One of my favourite stays on our trip so far!!
