You have a pleasant and helpful staff. The front desk staff are friendly and efficient; they are ready to go to any length to help customers. The rooms are very comfortable and rooming. Free Breakfast: with a good variety of options. And the dedication of the breakfast attendant in ensuring the food was replenished and the area was clean was excellent. I will definitely introduce my friends to Comfort Inn at Wylie TX, I will come again to use your facility any time I travel out of my station.

Cleaning the room every 3 days which I believe was not enough. The Hotel rooms are generally cleaned daily, even for extended stays.

I like the location, which was close to my home,. I liked the lobby, it was updated and light. Check in and out was quickly done. I appreciated the abundant hot water even on the 3rd floor. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked well.

The bathtubs need plumbing help. The water faucets were loose and they dripped slightly, even after tightening the valve. The tile floor needed new grout, Small repairs are needed.

The staff were friendly and professional. Facility is super clean and looks new! Bedding and room were great! Nice sheets and towels. Bathroom was nice too. Breakfast our first morning was okay. Nothing to write home about but I didn't really expect much. I have never found my coffee in a machine like that one. It was confusing to be honest. No International Delight creamer so had to use sugar.

I couldn't find the coffee or water so maybe a Printed sign would help... milk was in the fridge but it was not near the coffee machine and the sugars were behind me, so I was a little disoriented as to where things were.

I was very pleased with my stay. The staff and amenities exceeded my expectations, particularly the gentleman working behind the desk in the evening. He was very polite, not distracted by his phone, and pleasant. He was dilegant and considerate when closing the pool area down and all around very professional. I believe the back door by the pool should be more secure however, there wasn't much traffic on a Sunday, Monday - it may be a different story on the weekends.

The staff were very helpful, professional and courteous. The king suite was very comfortable with the most cozy hotel bed I have slept in. Hotel was very clean. I could tell they had recently shampooed the carpet in my room. I will definitely stay again!

The lobby was clean and bright with comfortable chairs. The breakfast area was clean, nicely set up and spacious. My room was clean and comfortable.

I was given a room located on the balcony over the lobby. There should not be a room there as it is noisy when people come in after bed time. I needed to use the pillows from the second bed in front of the door to keep noise at a minimum .

Best place I've stayed in a very long time that I would say all around a plus, very clean very quite great room with a continental breakfast that wasn't horrible at all, stayed here twice now and both times have been excellent stay so definitely worth the 15 or 20 minutes to drive over from Plano or highway 75 area, If your staying in the general area definitely recommend giving them a stay!

None of the vending machines were operable! The entire four days of my stay.. vending machines were down. I hope they got them fixed!
