Our son lives in Allen and the hotel was a convenient location for us. We enjoyed the breakfast options, 4 different warm breakfast sandwiches to choose from as well as pre-made omelets, oatmeal, cereals, creamy yogurt and waffles (in the shape of Texas).

Noisy a/c unit (I suppose they all are) and it was difficult to control temperature and keep it steady thru the night. Also construction by the hotel, so parking was a bit tricky if you came in later in the evening. (parking zones)

I liked that it was located inside Fairview mall and everything was within close proximity and walking distance.

The room was big, but the bathroom was small and tightly packed. It had just shower and no Bath Tub which I requested that I hope they had before we arrived to check in. I partner like to have bath in a tub. I learned the Hotel has just 3-rooms with bath tubs in the entire property(That wasn’t good). They had fewer parking space( They should work on expanding it. Also, they had a kitchen without cooker but had cookwares and I was wondering why when there is no cooker. apart from the observations above I enjoyed my stay and I enjoyed the Gym too.

The staff was top shelf. The whole place was very clean. Breakfast was great. Even the cleaning staff we met in the halls were very friendly with smiles and would say good morning. Will stay there everytime I visit family there.

Can say anything I did not like. Everyone was very friendly which is uncommon these days.

The size of the rooms, the comfort of the room, the cleanliness of the room, the breakfast was wonderful, it was not the same thing you find at hotel serving breakfast.

The hotel is a pet friendly hotel, which was ok, but what wasn’t okay was a dog barking, it woke us up, it kept us from going to sleep. We called the desk 3 times about this issue,

The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was wonderful! Everything was so clean and staff was constantly taking care of the facility. Bed was very comfortable and LOVED the pillows!

I was a little apprehensive of the fact that animals were allowed due to allergies. But had no problem and pet owners seemed to be discreet.

Everything was really great except the parking situation.

There is not nearly enough parking for this hotel. I believe this is a temporary situation, but I was worried about my vehicle being towed due to being forced into restaurant and retail parking. I attempted to move my car twice, but there were no hotel spaces available. I did get a warning parking violation with threat of towing, but thankfully was not towed prior to checkout.

The staff especially the young lady that checked us in was extremely nice and friendly. The room was nice and clean and literally all the staff was so nice and helpful. It was in a great area with shopping and dining all around. We definitely will be staying here again.

Great location, close to shopping and good restaurants. Walking is comfortable and easy. Try out new restaurant concept Revolving Kitchen, a short walk away with many different restaurant choices inside. Friendly staff!

Lots of construction nearby, but will add improvements to parking soon.

The location and reception were great. There was water available in front and I think that was a bonus for this hotel knowing how hot the weather is over there. I really liked that they were not selfish with water and fruits.

I was not too pleased with the eggs for breakfast. I don't like cheese and that was the only kind of egg provided, the one with cheese in filling.

Everything was fine and what i expected and what i paid for with one exception

The wifi did not work for me, my wife and another couple that stayed in another room. Not sure if it just wasn't working over the weekend or what but no one could connect to it at all.
