The hotel looks really nice, the interior design and decor are lovely. You can get free coffee and still/sparkling water downstairs which is a nice bonus. The bathrooms are super nice (love the pink!) especially the rain shower. Beds were very comfy and everything was very clean. I will 100% come back to Rosa Hotel next time I need to come to Oostende! All members of staff that I met were very nice and accomodating as well :) Also, it was walking distance from the station, literally 1min walk from the beach, and walking distance from pretty much everywhere I needed to go.

The "view" of my room was just the emergency stairs, and a courtyard and some other building really close by which means that people on the other side could have seen into my room if I didn't get ready with the curtains closed. But since I was very busy in town, it wasn't such an issue, so maybe check with the hotel when you are booking your room if you plan to lounge around during the day. Also, on one of the days I had requested NO housekeeping, but when I got home, housekeeping had been done. However, I had left my stuff all over the place and didn't put anything in the safe. When I request housekeeping, I move my stuff to the side (to make it easier for them) and I put my valuables in the safe :/

Breakfast at the Rosa was excellent - all lovely and fresh and the scrambled egg in particular was amazing - not something I would usually have when away. The rooms and bathrooms are lovely (although the lights were complicated!) and I loved the body lotion - it isn't usually great in a hotel room. The staff were all really helpful too. I would happily stay here again - it is in a great location 1 minute walk to the sea front.

We stayed for one night. The hotel was clean and the staff very welcoming. The only minor issue was that the walls seemed a bit thin — we could hear some footsteps and voices from nearby rooms and the hallway. It didn’t ruin our stay, but better soundproofing would definitely make the experience even more comfortable.

Recently renovated with modern facilities and clean look. Hotel is really close to the beach (less than 2 min walk) and in close vicinity of restaurants, bars and shopping areas. Big underground public parking available for 25Euro/day (Parking Indigo Oostende Kursaal 1). If you plan to eat breakfast or dinner outside of the hotel i would recommend making a reservation well in advance because all the quality restaurants are usually booked in advance.

For this booking price a coffee/tea machine in the room would have been a nice touch.

Everything was great: the location, the friendly staff, the air conditioning, and the Wi-Fi. Comfortable bed, sea view, built-in speaker that can be connected via Wi-Fi, smart TV, and most importantly, it was clean! Daily cleaning and fresh towels every day.

It's a pity that breakfast is not included in the price, but I am satisfied with everything.

The hotel is beautifully decorated and centrally located. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of tasty options. I also liked the small bar room with coffee and tea options available all day.

The "wellness room" was actually a quite dark room with tables and chairs, nice to sit for half an hour or so. But not suitable to do yoga or to meditate (this is how it is announced). Also 1 yoga mat in the room is not enough as we were 3 persons...

The staff was very friendly and helpful, room very clean and tidy, you could take as much water, coffee and tea as you liked for free, there was a storage room for my luggage so I could leave it there after check-out

Slap bang in the centre close to the casino and lively bar area. Staff were excellent and the rooms are really nice, clean and modern. They even sorted out my sunglasses I left by mistake. Good Reasonable hotels were always difficult to find in Ostend until now

It was ok for one night stay. The tea/coffee corner is as nice idea although the quality is low. Big shower is a plus.

The room was quite small. My partner has his bday so we were told that we got an upgrade, however, the room was exactly the same as I booked it on booking. The bathroom and room was not that clean (we found mosquitos on the walls and hair of the previous gust in the bathroom). The bed was very soft, but this is an individual taste.

stayed with 2 of our grandkids. Bunk beds close to the beach and restautants and bekeries. Coffee and tea options free all day long. Fair option if you only have 1 night to spend

breakfast opion was too expensive for young kids (17 E) they would not have appreciate it and we would not have enjoyed it. Might have been option if we would have been by ourselves (22 E/p)
