Incredible hotel that made our honeymoon very special. It had a relaxed atmosphere, and had amazing facilities to be able to enjoy the sun and views during the day. The thermal pool was a nice feature. The staff were so friendly and attentive, and made an exceptional effort to ensure every need was met. The breakfast and lunch options were the best we’ve had in 10+ hotels in Italy, and they had an extensive bar menu.

It was almost perfect for us - it could only be improved by the spa being open earlier midweek, since it opened at 3.30pm. I would also prefer a draught beer option in the bar!

The hotel is lovely, the staff were all very friendly and welcoming. It did rain for one day during our stay so we made the most of the spa facilities. The rooms and the hotel was spotless and there is a huge variety for breakfast. Overall we had a lovely experience at the hotel from the moment we arrived and they had thankfully allowed us early check in to our room so we could start our holiday straight away. We would 100% come back here.

The only downside is that the hotel is nowhere near a shop so if you want any snacks I think they advised it was a 40 minute walk. I would also recommend using the hotel car service to pick you up from the airport as we used bus / train to get to the hotel which was very long.

We had a delightful stay at Hotel Ocelle Thermae in Sirmione. The thermal pool just steps away from Lake Garda is a very special experience. Staff are very professional- helpful and friendly. The location is super- a short walk to the Ancient areas. The room was comfortable and we had a nice view from both windows. A coffee machine in the room for a hot drink first thing in the morning is great. Breakfast was a feast of tasty items.

The staff were amazing! So helpful and friendly. The hotel was spotless, the breakfast was unbelievably good, quite a wide selection and the food and drinks in general were great. I also loved that they had quite a few non-alcoholic options too. The private beach front was so beautiful and peaceful, it just felt like such a special place to properly unwind and relax.

Outstanding atmosphere, great food, location perfect for Sirmione (quiet yet short walk to town), great parking, beautiful private beach, wonderful thermal spa, staff outstanding - literally nothing was too much trouble. This is a 5* adult resort.

Thought the room description as junior suite was a not so accurate - basically a nice large king sized room, but beautiful balcony, quiet and private, very comfy beds. Also, we wanted to make more use of the spa and saunas but opening times quite limited and not when one would traditionally like to use - a morning sauna and dip before breakfast is very healthy and relaxing for the day. That said, spa facilities were outstanding.

Amazing hotel with lovely attentive staff, the hotel manager couldn’t do enough for us. The rest of the staff were equally as helpful & friendly. The facilities of the hotel were spotless as was the room. We absolutely loved our stay in this perfect little adults only spa hotel and have already started to recommend to friends & family! Our stay was pleasant and relaxing - as we expected. Al the facilities in good condition, well maintained, clean and comfortable. Restaurant and the bar provide reach variety of food and drinks. The stuff is very helpful - I had some issues with the rented car and the office was very helpful and actually conducted all the communication by phone with the rental company. On site, reserved and marked parking is a huge bonus - especially in Sirmione.. Location of the hotel is very good - within a walking distance from the historic center.

No bath, and it would have been helpful to have been made aware that there is a ferry port at the top of the street. A few tips on how to get around would have been very helpful and appreciated .

Friendly staff is the most important! Sometimes we get unpleasant treatment as non-European tourists. But this hotel is exceptional and the staff treat us like king and queen. The rwstaurant and room service quality for the food is crazily delicious! Will surely come back.

The atmosphere was great, and the view from our room (#312) could not have been any better. The service was outstanding, and everyone was attentive and helpful. Breakfast and lunch were delicious, and the layout of the pool / lake area was calm and pleasant.
