Beautiful room with high ceilings and good linens. Fun roof-deck with splash pool and good food.

There is loud out-of-fashion music pounding until quite late. It disturbed our sleep on a few evenings and was unpleasant in office. Please Please reduce the base and turn down the party sounds. The must is NOT cool and the massive volume detracts from your gorgeous hotel and great staff.

All of the staff really made our stay the best. They truly go above and beyond and I really made friends, I feel. Rudy, Eduardo and Mauricio are the best! We had a late flight getting in and an early flight getting out and they were able to arrange a ride for us. Truly the loveliest people. The food at the restaurant is also good.

I loved everything abouts this hotel. Location perfect to walk around. I felt safe and comfortable. The Customer Service was excellent. Every staff there was kind and welcoming from beginning to end of the stay. ADO bus service is 10 minutes away. Lots of restaurants nearby. The rooftop bar is lively with great music. Bartender the best. The food is 5 star with breakfast included. A welcome drink and complimentary welcome chocolates. Rooms are renovated and beautiful .The best chilaquiles I've ever tasted.

I loved everything. Would definitely recommend staying here and will stay again. The only place I will stay in Merida.

Incredible staff..truly. Very accommodating and on top of things. Have stayed in hotels across the world and while this one is small, they had 5 star staff. Bedroom was way bigger than expected, bathroom was huge as well. Rooftop is perfect to hangout and have a drink/cigar. If I am ever back in Merida, this is the spot!

The design of the building, interior design, and service were amazing in all areas, The restaurant has very delicious food. The front desk people were very friendly and attentive to all our requests. They really pay attention in every detail or request one might have.

A little bit of noise in the first room we had, but as soon as I mentioned they made arrangements for us to have a pleasant night :) and changed us to another one. The pool was a little bit small too.

The location is great for being in the center of Merida. The decor is modern and fresh with comfortable beds. The staff are very friendly and work to meet your expectations. The drinks at the bar were nice on the rooftop and breakfast was delicious and large portions. Luis always made sure we were taken care of.

It's a smaller hotel and not all rooms have a king size bed. You will need to check directly with the hotel to confirm if a queen or king is available. We were a group of 4 and the hotel only had 3 bikes for complimentary use. It was not a problem though because the city is so easy to walk.

Beautiful design and wonderful staff. Also very comfortable bed.

It was more style over function. The bathroom situation was silly with the shower completely open to the room with glass and the lighting in the bathroom made it difficult to use comfortably. Also, an option rather than feather pillows would be nice

We stayed one night in this beautiful and luxury place. Alejandro, at the reception, gave us a lot of good advice to visit the city and for the rest of our trip. The hotel is really nicely decorated and located near the historical center. We recommend the hotel bar as the cocktails were amazing, the view really nice and the pool with changing colors very relaxing. The breakfast was included and the food and service were amazing. A big thanks to the hotel staff and especially Alejandro for being so kind, helpful, always smiling and professional.

The downside is that if you are travelling with friends, the room is not very convenient as there is no separation between the bed and the bathroom, only a glass door. One of us had to wait outside the room while the other was getting ready. It feels like the room was designed by a male architect and for male visitors or couples. There is no proper lighting in front of the mirror over the sink, there is a weird shadow. There is no full length mirror, the towels are a bit small and not a lot of hooks to hang them. These are small details, but it could really make a difference.

I loved the design and every attention to detail the service was excellent and staff went out of their way to accommodate my every request.

Staff was extremely friendly and proactive. The hotel offers free bikes that you can rent to get around the city. Also, it is located just next to Mérida's most famous strip - Paseo Montejo - which hosts beautiful restaurants and cafes. The design and detail of the hotel are absolutely incredible!
