Breakfast was very good. Could use a little more variety in the jams department but all-in-all, very good. Closeness to Wal-Mart and Ogunquit beach was a major plus. I asked for a clean and clean-smelling room and that is what we got. Staff was very friendly, efficient and always ready to accommodate our needs.

A pool would have been nice but it's no big deal. Too close to a traffic-filled road, a little noisy. The only thing was we were 4 but had only 3 sets of towels. Not a big problem, they gave me one more with no hassle.

Safety, cleanliness of room, flowers outside of front door, extremely professional and very friendly and caring!

Breakfast was disappointing. I expected eggs, meat, potatoes, bagels. It was yogurt, cold cereal, bananas, juice in the machine which was tart, toast, waffles, English muffins, very small coffee rolls kind of stale, coffee. I just grabbed coffee rolls and juice and ate in my room.

The breakfast was very good, everything was fresh and clean, and I really liked it. We were lucky that we were the only ones at 7:30 am, but it was a pretty small space for the size of motel

Perhaps some work on the outside, property barriers/landscaping. An easy way to make people feel special are some cookies at checkin, some more pamphlets about attractions and restaurants.

The breakfast was good. Maybe some more different cereals and fruit. The waffles were awesome.

Whom ever stayed in my room pryer to me, must of smoked in the room. After the first day and night it got better. But if my family was not in the next room I would of asked to move. I know you have policy in place and some people are not rule followers.

I think I was most impressed with the comfort of the bed. My room was fairly quiet except I was near the stairs and could hear people tromping up and down but they quieted down at a reasonable time. The room was clean. Everything worked as it should.

I was a little uncomfortable with the fact that there were a group of homeless people staying here. I bumped into one shady character in the hallway while his woman friend staggered from wall to wall. Two others were making some kind of exchange outside by the door. There was only one vending machine which was on the first floor all the way at the end of the building and it would only take quarters even though it had a slot for dollar bills. They talked up their breakfast which was unimpressive, but hey, at least it was something.

There could have been a little more to the breakfast, but it was good coffee was fresh, and the mini Belgian waffles were delicious.

It might have just been the room we were in but there wasn't a screen on the window so I couldn't open it for fresh air. The room had a little stale smell to it.

It was easy to find, handy to Walmart, clean, courteous staff, satisfactory breakfast, And easy access to the Renaissance Faire

My granddaughter and her friends had hoped for a pool. But I chose reputation and cleanliness over the pool.

Convenience because our room was right near one of the side entrances and the woman at the front desk was the most helpful person we’ve come across when staying at hotel. We’ve stayed at about 7-8 different places in the last year and she was the best without a doubt.

Nothing specific. Everything was as expected or better.

The breakfast was honestly really good, one of the best for a small hotel like that, the waffle station being a definite highlight. It being so close to the Walmart was very convenient and it was also a short drive from other activities or convenient places.

Nothing to complain about really.

Everything. I would put this motel up against the Hampton inn any day. It was clean, bed was comfortable and my pets were happy
