Very nice, clean and comfortable motel. Our room was ready for us to check in a little early. The room was exceptionally clean and smelled wonderful when we arrived Staff was very friendly welcoming. Our room apparently had been recently updated and was very well appointed. We almost didn't choose this location, but are glad that we did. Lots of resources in town and a Dunkin Donuts right next door for morning coffee and breakfast. Don't overlook this cozy motel.

Although quite near some major tourist centers, Sanford was down-home enough to give us a taste of everyday local life. There is a great Mexican restaurant in the nearby shopping center and a great breakfast place (Raspberry something) right down the road The inn owners were quite friendly and helpful. The price was reasonable within a high-priced region. The wifi worked well in the morning. The ground-floor room was quite convenient and our car was parked right outside of it.

The nearby road traffic was sometimes noisy. Could have used a fourth pillow on the queen bed.

There was no breakfast but I wasn't expecting any. The room was very clean. The bathroom was also very clean. Towels were very soft and large. Bed was comfortable. It was just what I was looking for. The check-in was easy and the management was very helpful in providing information about the area. I will stay here again when I'm in Southern Maine.

Ac was a bit noisy but efficient.

It is much nicer now that they removed the carpet. The owner is a nice guy, good place for the money.

Comfortable bed, clean, well-supplied bathroom, fridge and microwave, friendly staff

Pillows were very hard, ac unit was very loud and hard to reach, difficult to control because I couldn’t see the buttons (I am a fairly tall woman) so I was either freezing or roasting.

The owners went out of their way to upgrade our room for the same rate as our original booking. We discovered a great Mexican restaurant called El Mexicano right nearby. There's also a great breakfast place called Mel's Raspberry Patch just a few miles away.

The wifi could have been a bit faster, but it came through okay after a few tries..

Very comfortable bed. Having a fridge and microwave in the room. Having the sink separate from the shower and toilet room. Being able to park right outside our room.

No information in the room about the area… like restaurants. Having no information about TV stations. The TV remote wasn’t very user friendly. Directions on the TV didn’t match the remote we had.

30 minutes to Old Orchard Beach

The bed was floating on the springy box spring I almost slid off. Had to lay in the middle of the bed

Size of room. Convenience. Friendly front desk.

How dirty the floors were. No carpets. Price of stay. Hotels at the beach are cheaper.

Housekeeping staff were able to troubleshoot a TV problem.--very unusual.

Office is not open 24 hours.
