My king room was toward back of property away from rte.1. Like the brand of coffee in room.

They allow pets. The 1st of my 3 nights I hardly slept cause of barking dogs in next room.

They have a pool, grill, tables and connect 4 for the kids to play! The AC was great for those hot days! We stayed on the 2nd floor so we didn’t hear much noise as some have said? We couldn’t hear our neighbors. Parking on the weekend was a little intense. Great location. The rooms have a Microwave and fridge hidden out of sight! Love how there’s no carpet!! Wells beach is really close and beautiful, we celebrated someone’s 22nd on the beach! Really good breakfast spot down the way!! Scoop deck is right around the corner get the flight deck!! Awesome walking location!! 10/10.

The beds weren’t as nice, Meaning not comfy. Woke up stiff/ hurting. Bring a heating pad and some pills you should be good!

Friendly helpful staff. The room with two queens was large and comfortable. The bathroom was a bit dated but was clean, the shower pressure was excellent and a hairdryer is provided. Although we didn’t use it, there’s a flat screen TV in the room. We especially appreciated the refrigerator. The pool area isn’t huge, but it’s excellent with clean, clear water and comfortable lounges, chairs and umbrellas. The cottages didn’t fit for our purposes but they looked cute.

We were on the ground floor and we did notice noise in the apartment above - to be clear, just folks moving around, not a loud party. People should be aware if they are light sleepers, but it didn’t bother us. We did not hear neighbors to either side of us.

The bed was very comfortable.

We stayed in a one-bedroom cottage with a pull-out couch. There was no bedding left for the sofa bed. Just a sheet on the mattress. No top sheet or blanket. Not enough towels were left for 4 people either. I just thought that was weird. We went to the desk and they provided them and were very friendly. The way the A/C was set up, the living room was very cold but the bedroom stayed too hot to sleep comfortably. It was a bit crowded, not enough comfortable places to sleep. Next time we will know to book a two bedroom, so I can't say it was the accommodations. We traveled with our daughter and a friend. They shared the sofa bed. We should have gotten a bigger room.

Room was large. AC was welcome. It was hot outside. Facilities good. Beds great.

Our first room (113) had what seemed to be an AC fault. Lots of condensation on windows and the room smelt mouldy/damp. The window had one (of 2) privacy/net curtains missing. We complained and we were moved to room 125, which was 100% better. Would have been good if the room had been pre-checked before allowing it to be given out. It was very poor. Anyway, staff sorted us out, otherwise the rating would have been much worse. Staff were very good

Loved the cottage and the pool. The phone in my cottage didn't work so contacting staff to pick up trash or bring towels was difficult because we would have to call the main number and the office staff wouldn't contact housekeeping so I had to look for them all over and they office staff had me bring my trash to the dumpster which was far away n trash bags broke and for what I paid for the cottage I would expect them to at least come around and pick up the garbage bags

-car parked right outside my room -beautiful grounds! Great area! Convenient to get to !! -pristine hotel room accommodations: Nice bedding, strong shower, instant hot water etc. - easy check in and check out

- Had the coffee maker going and using the hairdryer and the fuse blew. Not something I could amend. Did have to accept. Informed the owner on check out. He was on board after 8 am and made it a priority to fix after discussing the issue. - On the first floor the footsteps of the second floor occupants was loud.

Close to the main road, shopping and eateries. Comfortable beds. Clean rooms. Courteous staff. Property is clean and well maintained. Room has every appliance that you’d normally need while being away from home for a few days.

Wifi quality is very poor. Disconnects every now and then. You need to provide your personal email id to get access to wifi. Does not allow hotspot to play firestick on tv. Wifi service makes this place not quite suitable for business related stay. Hot water supply is not satisfactory. On Monday morning the shower ran out of hot water. Water comes out the shower and the sprout at the same time.

Stayed in a 2 room efficiency with kitchenette. We were able to prepare all meals here. Had a two burner cooktop. Microwave and kcup coffee maker. Grocery store right down the road. Room was comfortable and clean a/c worked great. Family loved the pool. Used outside grill and spike ball. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Not a complaint, just a heads up, that if you plan to cook, bring some of your own supplies (knife, can opener, paper plates , cups and cutlery). We traveled with four.

It’s certainly real. Clean. Comfortable beds. Clean carpeting. Linens and pillows were great. Plenty of towels. Great shower.

The pool was either being repaired or fixed in some manner and that blow drying sound was going leaving now for all the days we stayed at the property. We couldn’t stay outside on the terrasse for long. If I stayed again I’d ask for a room far from highway one and the pool Off because I did say away from noise and then was in the first few doors on highway one. Also the ice machine didn’t work. Does it work ?
