The staff were wonderful, very friendly and helpful. The beds were great, quite firm, just how we like it, breakfast was very good, plenty of free parking alongside the hotel and the views from our balcony were great.

I suppose a fridge would have been nice, but we were aware there was not going to be one, so no complaints.

The breakfast buffet was elegant and sumptious. The open air seating for meals was lovely. The cuisine was first-rate. More than anything, the staff was enlightened and helpful in every way, as if every need had been anticipated. This charming inn and health spa is highly recommended in every area. David, Chicago

The rooms have balconies and the view is exceptional. The staff was super accommodating and friendly. The rooms were super clean and are cleaned daily.

The stairs are for me a challenge. I would prefer a lift to get baggage in and out of my room. There are rooms available on the ground floor, but without the balcony I always prefer.

Nice family run hotel with friendly and caring owners and staff. Restaurant and large terrace with views of Rhein. Superb standard of cleaning. Plenty of parking space for guests.

The linen could be more comfortable.

The staff were absolutely fantastic. We were the only guests at the hotel at the time and everyone made sure we had a pleasant stay. The location is in a beautiful scenic spot.

The room was slightly outdated and the carpet had a bit of an odour.

Excellent location, comfortable room with Rhine view. Dinner (OK-ish) was a bit spooky -- at the reception was a sign saying they were fully booked, but we were the only ones at dinner. It turned out that later that night, at 01:00 AM, a whole boatload of Danes arrived; we met them at breakfast.

The wine we wanted was on the menu, but not available; it would be good if people told you that beforehand. AND: our navigation wanted us to take the ferry at Bingen, but did not manage to direct us there properly; we had to ask some locals. Took a lot of time to finally get there.

The restaurant was very good for breakfast but a disaster for our dinner. Bad food, felt like prepared ahead of the service. My salad was drowning in balsamic vinegar. Tasteless.

Comfortable family run hotel in a great location overlooking the Rhine. Breakfast & parking is included in the room rate . The hotel has an excellent restaurant. We are repeat visitors

location, clean , good parking and service. lovely owner who does her best to accommodate guests. good breakfast and restaurant for dining. lovely outdoor seating to enjoy the view and weather.

the trains are a little noisy but if you want to stay along the Rhine they are part of the package.

Location good, bar patio area overlooking the river was lovely, friendly, helpful staff, comfortable room, tasty dinner, easy plentiful parking.
