The view of Toledo in the day and at night was beautiful, the traditional rooms and terrace and the attractive swimming pool. Dinner on the restaurant was a superb experience and great value. All in all we loved this hotel.

The staff were rather off-hand, we didn’t feel valued, ranging from the disinterested reception to the argumentative breakfast server. The exception was the waiter at dinner who was helpful, attentive and lovely. The hotel could be an absolute gem with a little more care and attention to detail eg towels for the pool, coffee making facilities etc and help at reception.

Location very safe and peaceful, plenty of on site secure parking. Room good size with comfortable bed, great balcony (although view better from a higher level). Shower and bathroom excellent. Air con excellent. Spotlessly clean. Continental breakfast at €10 was good value as unlimited although cereal choices limited. 15min walk to edge of Toledo but quite a walk to the the far side and Alcázar. Pool clean but smaller than pictures suggest however only full on 1 day of 4 day midweek stay. Connected bar excellent with friendly and polite staff. Traditional decor.

All food and drink facilities closed on a Monday. Restaurant staff could have been friendlier resulting in not eating there. No option for pool drinks unless going into restaurant which isn’t appropriate in pool attire. Bar did not open until 5pm

Lovely room in a beautiful period building, well-equipped and clean with very friendly staff, and what a view of Toledo from the room's terrace and the pool!

Not a criticism of the hotel at all, just a note to guests - pretty much all restaurants and cafes are closed on Monday in Toledo, including the hotel restaurant. It's basically the town's day off.

We were located just outside of the gates of toledo which was perfect for a short trip. By car we would get to the city centre within 5 min. I love the rustic decor, and the wide terrace. It was so lovely and worth your money. It offers everything you need for 3 stars. Pool was pleasant too

The property is really nice and the views towards Toledo are lovely.

We asked for a double bed and they told us the room would be made up as a double but it was two twins pushed together. The bathroom is very tired and has seen better days. There's no privacy between terraces. Sound proofing could be better too as I was woken up by amorous neighbours! As a non Spanish speaker it would be good to have more assistance organizing a taxi back to the hotel from the center as the last bus leaves at 9.45.

Fantastic view from the rooms balcony overlookong Toledo. The decor is a bit dated but everything was clean and functioned perfectly. Aircon worked well when it was 35 degrees outside. Comfortable beds. Friendly and helpful staff. Good secure parking. Bus stop just down the road, L71 bus goes to town every hour at quarter past the hour and costs €2.80 to Zocodover Plaza. Beautiful setting, has a large function room which can be used for a wedding or special occasion. We didn't eat here, so we can't comment on the food. This was our second visit. We only stayed one night on our way to Malaga. We would choose to stay here again.

The pool and surrounding area are small but secluded and adequate. There was no walk-in shower. It was over the bath but was hot and strong flow. No fridge or coffee/tea making facilities.

Great location with a lovely view over the city from our terrace. About a 30-minute walk over the pedestrian bridge takes you to the centre of Toledo. The staff were really helpful and pleasant, and the room was a good size with a nice bathroom and large shower.

There wasn’t a huge selection for breakfast but it wasn’t too expensive.

The property was charming and the room comfortable and spacious. Nice pool area and friendly staff. Easy parking and close enough to get to the old town easily.

Food was a bit of a challenge in this location as the restaurants on property and nearby were not often open. Breakfast was a bit expensive for what it was and we ended up having to drive for all of our meals. Also, no coffee maker or fridge in the room.

The house and the garden is magnificient. The viewpoints to Toledo are in walking distance. Breakfast is superb. The view from the terrace of the room to the Toledo center is great.

Looking at the map of booking.com, the hotel seems to be close to the center, in reality it is a good walking (or rather hiking).

We booked this hotel because it was convenient to the old town and had its' own car park. The very helpful receptionist explained that we could walk to the old town (it took about 10 minutes downhill) but a good idea is to catch the bus to the far side of town and walk back. We did both, on the first day walking and on the second day taking the bus.

Our room was on the ground floor so we did not enjoy the best of the view. We were only stopping one night but if we were returning and maybe staying for longer we would request rooms on the higher floor.
