Everything was so convenient. Having the refrigerator for some of the necessities of medication. The morning breakfast was a great convenience, even with my food allergies there was a balance of food, and I could use my own tea bags. I also took my own bread and had the convenience of the toaster and had my own milk for the cereal. The refrigerator and microwave were a great necessity for those of us with celiac. I also liked having the safety phone in the bathroom, just in case.

I didn't have a television channel to attend a catholic mass Sunday morning.

The breakfast was good, but I think they’re could’ve been a little bit more in terms of selection. The location was good. Everything was easily accessible when I needed to go somewhere, especially Cedar Point. I was very impressed with the location of this hotel

The Wi-Fi, was the only issue I had. The reason for that is the internet disconnected on me a few times including checking in, but that was resolved fairly quickly. One other thing is the selection of breakfast items. The breakfast was still good, but I think selection was a bit on the low side

There’s so many things I love about this hotel. It’s affordable, it’s comfortable, it’s clean, it’s safe, and the staff are SO nice. The location is perfect, too; close to everything, but just south of the traffic and noise. It’s my preferred choice every time I visit Sandusky.

The breakfast was excellent, with a variety of hot and cold foods to suite every palate, though I ate very little of it because I prefer organic, grass-fed, non-gmo alternatives. I brought my own food, however I did use their toaster and ate in the dining room, which was very clean and comfortable.

The frontdesk associate was helpful. The room was large & spacious. The sheets were clean. The pressure and temperature of the bath water was perfect. The location is only 14 mins to downtown to catch a lakeside meal or the brilliant sunset on Lake Erie. This was a very quick overnight stopover on a 15h road trip and it served the purpose perfectly. We even caught the brilliant sunset.

The carpet had a faint odor.

Dillon at the front desk and Holly, the manager, were so helpful, happy, and friendly. The hotel is pretty nice for a "lower" level price point. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the juice was not watered down. They have coffee always on hand that takes about 30 seconds to make. The breakfast worker was also wonderful. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. I slept very well. I will stay there again.

The pool is not heated, so it was too cold for me (Sept. 12th)

It was conveniently located near the attractions we wanted to see

No hot tub (which I love to relax in). The Wi-Fi was hard to connect to on our 3rd day which isn’t a mayor issue cause I have good cell coverage. My keycard was expired before my check out date but the staff fixed it immediately.

Breakfast was a real breakfast. Not the fake ones provided these days, where it's just a muffin, granola bar, coffee, and count this as breakfast. This breakfast had freshly prepared waffle batter and scrambled eggs, along with bread to toast.

There was a musty, damp smell in the room. This was a minor inconvenience

The breakfast was good and the building is secure. It was clean and decently comfortable for the price. Staff was nice.

The ice machine on the second floor wasn't working and the door kept jamming up and locking while trying to close it behind me (lock got in the way of closing it fully so I had to fiddle with it for a bit to close it). Pillows were squishy so double up.

We were given a handicap room. Although none of us are handicapped, I was impressed with the size and accessibility of the room. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows were perfection

My only complaint is the breakfast. Very few options available. Most hotels offer eggs, sausage or bacon with their free continental breakfast. All they offered was waffles, toast, cereal, fruit and yogurt. With only 2 waffle makers the wait time was pretty long

Hotel's indoor swimming pool was closed for maintainence. Location is great, close to stores, restaurants and the Interstate. The complimentary breakfast included Hot waffles, scrambled eggs and sausauge which was a nice surprise.

Bathrooms could use updating but its clean and plenty of towels provided. No hairdryer was found. Price per night is fair but less expensive options are available.
