Stunning location and very comfortable rooms, with lovely, characterful furnishings and the most stunning view!! The real gem of this property is the owner, who provided the MOST phenomenal breakfast and was extremely welcoming and helpful, including helping us get from the station, via golf buggy, and walking up to the square to meet us and walk us the couple of minutes to the B&B. We wished we stayed longer. Comfortable beds, great rooftop terrace, good facilities in the rooms. Amazing food. Highly recommend this lovely property.

The shower was hard to work out (temperature-wise) and a bit difficult to use in the bathtub.

This was one of the most incredible accommodations we’ve ever stayed in! The location is perfect, overlooking the famous beach and steps to the centre of old town. There is a good sized balcony off the main area to share a bottle of wine and watch the sunset over the beach. The bedroom has a Juliette balcony and you can wake up to the sounds of the sea. The space feels like you’re in a well lit cave and is decorated with rustic Italian charm. Anna, the host, was very friendly and super helpful with the questions we had about the area and puts on a lovely breakfast in the morning. We hope to come back soon. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Polignano and this is available just go ahead and book it!

The most incredible views and delightful stay. This property is really so great with a stunning view out of each window / terrace. We rented the suite for 2 people as well as the suite for 4 people for my family. Tons of room and amazing terraces overlooking the famous beach. Anna was also a great host, very organized and had all directions for parking and arrival planned out perfectly. Was also very kind and helpful and provided a great recommendation for dinner as well as transportation. Breakfast was also very delicious with a lot of choices. Our family had a tremendous time in Polignano thanks to Anna and B & B Prestige.

If you're planning a stay in Polignano a Mare, this B&B is a fantastic choice. The terrace offers a stunning, perfectly positioned view of the coastline, making it a highlight of the stay. The property itself is charming and well-maintained. Anna and Osvaldo are wonderful hosts, providing warm and attentive service that enhances the overall experience. Wonderful stone interior. The amazing hosts who made our stay so memorable. Amazing home cooked cakes and pastries for breakfast including hot breads, little pizzas and toasted ham and cheese sandwiches. We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed it better than a 6 star hotel as we felt part of the family. Anna our fabulous host and her Husband Osvaldo Couldn’t do enough for us. Taxis are impossible so Osvaldo drove us to wherever we wanted to go for a lot less than a private transfer to and from various towns Alberobello, Monopoli, the local beaches and Ostuni.

This was top two of my favorite stays while travelling Europe this year. Both hosts made the stay feel so comfortable - I felt like I was staying at my aunties house. So warm & inviting, and so many personal touches a long the way. The views were STUNNING. Waking up every day and seeing the beautiful beach outside my balcony was heaven. Our room was HUGE, it was the honeymoon suite I think? It was so spacious and had a lounge area with a small meals area outside the bedroom. I absolutely loved staying here, and was so sad to leave! Thank you for a wonderful time.

I don't have anything to say was bad, if I was being super picky, all I would say is the shower was a little small, but we stayed here 6 nights and it really didn't bother me all too much.

Everything about this place was amazing! The host was kind and helpful. The location couldn’t have been better - right in the heart of it all. The view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking . The breakfast was fresh and delicious and beautifully served. We truly loved our stay. And would return in a heartbeat.

What an amazing B&B. The location is just perfect just inside the historic district with a balcony with a breathtaking view. Must be one of the best locations in the old city. I came by train and it was just a short walk. Great and friendly service all the way. The room was great with a lot of space, comfortable bed and breakfast was really nice.

Nothing to not like about this place

The view and Anna our host were amazing. The private terrace was unbelievable.

Not something we did not like, but a problem figuring out the tub and shower and she offered to come over and help us. That’s amazing service as she lives offsite.

The room is surprisingly large. The booking.com photos are a little dark and don't really do the accomodations justice. Take a look at the reviews and photos that some guests have posted. Breakfast is great.
