The property was beautiful and provided the space that we wanted.

I didn't like the location, the limited food options, the fact that we were not informed that pricing was in Belizian money at Rain during our first meal on the island, and NO access to the beach at the sister property. That fact alone may be the reason I wouldn't return.

Beautiful spacious room spotlessly clean, everything felt very new. Fully equipped kitchen and separate laundry room with washer and dryer. Comfortable lounge area and breakfast bar. Balcony overlooking the pool and lagoon. Hotel a shot walk to the truck stop that has excellent food and entertainment in the evening.

There’s nothing not to like about this hotel

The resort is very clean and beautiful. The people are very nice. The hot tub is amazing. I had a two bedroom roommate style condo with perfect viewing and space. The large windows look over the pool and lagoon side. Full kitchen and Room service was very fast as well. Food made from scratch taste so fresh!!! I love the easy access to the go carts to travel around caribeville and other restaurants .

The mosquitoes will eat you alive, so make sure you are prepared with off daily!

Clean hotel housekeeper was perfect, and they have 24 hour security.

The front check in lady was rude, she didn’t acknowledge us when we arrived and didn’t immediately let us know she was assisting another guest we were just ignored for a while. The mattress protector in the bed kept slipping off and pulling the fitted sheet off the bed with it. It was also plastic with cause sweating, I’d prefer a quilted mattress protector.

Quiet and very relaxing. Great staff. My second visit and I was not disappointed at all. Got engaged here 1 Jan 2022, was allowed to use the pier at Grand Caribbean. Came back and was allowed to shoot our wedding photos on the same pier the morning of our wedding 15 April 2023. It was great, Definitely would like to make this my home away from home. See you guys in June 2023.

No restaurant in the building. Had to walk to Rain. Even though room service was a available would have enjoyed an actual restaurant in the building. But maybe next time.

Location. Far enough away from town but not too far. You could get back into San Pedro city center in about 10-15 minutes by golf cart. Some cool spots with in a few minutes walk too. The pool views are amazing. Good food. Units were new and clean. Staff was great! Very friendly!

We really enjoyed the pool. It was always clean and relaxing. The staff was outstanding. The room was probably one of the best I've had in a long time. Everything was stocked and organized. Rent your cart from here. The one's downtown can be shady(grocery store).

Food prices were extremely pricey.

The property was very clean and the lift was beautiful. The view from the loft in the morning was breathtaking.

Customer service could have been better.

I liked that the property was well put together and loved the location. Not far out of the city but close to other restaurants, bars, and the Truck Stop. It also put us closer to Secret Beach. Last but not least the pictures online matched what I saw in person.

The shots were a little on the pricier side.

Loved that the room was spacious having a living room, kitchen, half bathroom, and bedroom on the 2nd floor. Loved that there was a washer and dryer. The room was very clean. Kitchen had a full set of all dishware and cookware which was very nice.

Construction was fairly nonstop on either side of the hotel. Wasn't as relaxing to be out by the pool with construction noises going on.
