The place was nice and well placed. The staff was friendly. The room was quite right. There is no parking in the hotel but they have an agreement with a public parking in the same block where one can park the car.

The only problem with the parking is that the public parking opens at 8:00 a.m. and closes at 9:00 p.m.

Liston was great, the staff were extremely helpful, and the included breakfast was perfect.

The room we stayed in had no window, and it felt like a cave, and the second day breakfast was being served at their second property. If we had known, we would have gotten up earlier and walked over but no one told us! It super inconvenient and we had travel plans.

AC is not working but fan provided, who serves as good substitute in this February month, but not sure in the warmer months, since our junior suite has no ventilation

I’ve been travelling for more than 20 years (solo, student, family, business), I’ve been in more than 30 countries, and this is definitely best value for money I’ve ever experienced: super well located, nice breakfast, outstanding staff, nice facilities… a must place if you stay in Morelia

No internet signal inside the room, the only complaint we have about this property. Staff member told us that it was because the centenary building has thick walls that cause this problem. Our recommendation: fix it! Nowadays internet is part of our basic necessities.

This place is like a very nice surprise. From the outside it’s just another house among many similar houses on the street. Inside it’s just lovely - stylish, very nicely appointed courtyard, plants in pots, water fountain and vintage pictures on the walls. The whole place is clean and in good repair. The bed was comfy.

The beds were super comfy. Very friendly staff. Let me store my bags after check out. And helpful staff at breakfast and were very an accommodating (I’m vegan).

My room didn’t have a window which was a bit of a shame! I wasn’t quite sure of the location. Felt a little unsafe. But I am a solo women traveller so maybe that makes a difference.

The location was excellent, close to Centro with free parking nearby. Comfy beds, quiet rooms, very friendly and helpful staff.

No view windows, but skylights were effective bringing in light to the room and bathroom.

Close to Centro Historico, quiet, good wifi and a decent continental breakfast. You can also order off the menu, for an extra charge.

Better bread for the toast.
