We are happy with the location, which is not far from Standford University. We loved the small kitchen, which is a good reason we chose this hotel. It is very convenient for the family traveling aboard.

During our four-night stay, we noticed that the breakfast remained the same daily. I suggested adding bacon at least once, but I was told it was missed. I would appreciate the breakfast being more varied and selective to make it heartier. Additionally, the infrequent housecleaning during our stay had a noticeable impact on our comfort. It would be better if the cleaning could be done more frequently. During our four-night stay, the cleaning only occurred once, and they missed cleaning one bedroom. The second cleaning day was our checked-out day.

The staff was amazingly accommodating and friendly. We were celebrating my son’s 13th birthday by having a sleepover with his best friend. When I mentioned that to the front desk staff member they upgraded us from a one bedroom suite to a two bedroom suite. It was almost as big as a two bedroom apt! All in all, the kids and I had a wonderful time and we will definitely be back.

The property is walking distance to Laurel Street! There is plenty of parking. Their breakfast is excellent with eggs and sausage and or bacon depending on the day. The staff couldn’t be nicer including the front desk, the maid staff and the people maintaining the breakfast area. Stay here!

The price is pretty high.

Very spacious and clean room, nice and quiet location. Good gym and even pool

Breakfast was good, however for some reason the cutlery was paperboard and single use. That’s not convenient, leaving alone not eco-friendly

Modern, well-managed, and taken care of hotel, very clean, very spacious family room. Good breakfast. 20 mins drive from the airport, 40 mins from the city, 30 mins to Silicone valley.

Loved everything about the Hotel. I'd definitely recommend staying here. Staff was courteous and very nice. The room was really comfortable, clean and homey. Fantastic! Loved my stay! Was genuinely sad to leave on my last day, which is something rare.

Location

The AC unit kept going off and would make a loud noise before it turned on. Then it would only stay on for a few minutes. Room was warm.

Everything in the room. The fact that we had a second room and the extra bathroom. The kitchen and living area well designed. It felt like home away from home. Three big windows, spacious bedroom and a well equipped bathrooms.

I didn't find anything that I didn't like.
