The staff went above and beyond. they decorated the room for my daughters birthday, set up dinner reservations at a fun location, requested the restaurant to have a cake for her birthday, and set up transportation.

The pool could stay open a little later in the evening.

An unfortunate incident occurred during my stay in Tangiers—I had my mobile phone stolen on the second day by two individuals on a moped. I ended up spending several hours at the police station trying to sort things out. Thankfully, the hotel was incredibly responsive and supportive throughout the ordeal. They allowed me to make international calls to resolve issues with my phone and phone line, and even sent a thoughtful gesture—a fruit basket along with a tray of pastries—to lift my spirits. The room itself was pleasant, though the bed wasn’t as comfortable as one might hope. That said, the staff were exceptional—attentive, kind, and professional. The breakfast was truly exquisite, a standout part of the stay. A special shout out g oes to yassine senior manager at the night shift who went above and beyond the call of duty to help me. providing his mobile to contact my loved ones and helping in any way he could to ease the tension. Yassine lead by example.

The location was excellent , close to every where(the see, the old city, the train station) The breakfast was very good , the kitchen staff was very nice and helpful, the receptionists were approachable specially sister Fatin was very patient , good listener The entrance was welcoming and smell nice all the time My stay coincided with my birthday , they sent a flower bouquet with fruit bowl to my room , it was a nice touch I didn’t expect it

Breakfast was very good with good range of variation. My room was changed without informing me in advance, so I'd say communication wasn't so great. Most of the staff are helpful; I received good recommendations from Abdessamie, but not all of them had the similar level of attentiveness. Reception was helpful, but I had a lost item they didn't assist in getting back to me while I was in Tangier. Overall, I wouldn't come back, and would stay somewhere else for my next visit to morocco as I also wouldn't recommend it.

I wasn't offered to be taken and shown around or my room at check in. Not guest-friendly, I had a friend who was made unwelcome. I had a reasonable request that was initially refused, but then I had to ask multiple times which then was accommodated by other team member. Staff sometimes shown reluctance to assist. I also had a bad experience on two occasions, as staff lacking customer service knowledge with unprofessional approach, and very uncomfortable. Ironing facility was absent. I didn't experience none of the above in my 3/4 star hotel stay, and indeed had a much better experience comparatively. I would say, you can potentially stay in a lower star hotel and have a much better experience.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is beautiful and we had a wonderful room. It’s also located in an extremely convenient location, you can walk 10-20 minutes and get to many places. The staff were friendly and I appreciated how there was always someone available. Room and bathroom were spacious. Plenty of storage room. If I needed somewhere to stay, I would book again. They also decorated my room for my birthday which I greatly appreciated.

The bathroom has a half door, which I’ve noticed is common in other countries, so it wasn’t a huge deal but I had to be more mindful of how I used the shower head.

It was always nice to be greeted with his smile everytime we bumped into each other and even helped us with translation when hiring a car. - Reception Staff are very currteous and efficient, Got hints on travel places to go visit - Immaculate cleansing of your room by the Housekeeping, probably the best refresh of our room over the close to 100 Hotels we stayed in. She is Superb and passionate about her work. - Breakfast is always the cherry on a cake or deal breaker, Well the variety was immense. The Staff were very good and food was fresh. - The valet were friendly, even though we didn't have car they smiled and greeted us whenever we passed by them which was courteous and professional. - The Lifeguard at the Pool is a gentle and very kind guy, He was always quick to help with towels/umbrellas and aligning them perfectly depending on the sun. Very thoughtful and professional. All in all, we couldn't fault anything Staff or service, Unbelievable hospitality throughout.

Very nice I had an amazing 3-day stay at this hotel and honestly, everything exceeded my expectations. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable, the breakfast was fresh and full of variety every morning, and the pool area was the perfect spot to relax. The food was excellent at the breakfast and for dinner. There was a very big choice and lovely products. The room was nice and clean. The staff were attentive. Our daughter was sick in the night and they immediately brought new sheets for the bed. The location was good for restaurants, the beach and the mall which had some very nice shopping and entertainment for kids.

The spa had a pool but it was 30 euros to use it for one hour which I think was too expensive. The pool buttons didn’t work for the jacuzzi and looked old. The outdoor swimming pool did not seem to be set up for swimming. There were no beds for sunbathing and no one was ever swimming there. The restaurant looked into it and considering the majority of women were covered I did not feel comfortable swimming there. There was nowhere to change our baby in the lobby after check out which created a bit of a problem.
