Really enjoyed our stay here. Upon checking in, Lianne was very accommodating in switching us to a different room upon request. Originally I was checked in to the room I booked but then requested the change and again, Lianne was very helpful. Ian was very helpful as well. He helped me get connected to the wifi and was very professional and helpful. We loved the proximity to DC & Baltimore being right in between. The included hot breakfast was great each morning. I'd definitely stay here again.

Not a major thing but the bathroom didn't have a ventilation system. We made it work.

The mattresses were astounding! We have been staying at quite a few hotels while choosing a new house and waiting for the closing, Hampton Inn has the best mattresses by far. The other added bonus we love is the 24-hour coffee service. We may leave early or be staying up late to go over things and knowing we can get a hot cup of decent coffee is just like being at the home we hope to buy soon! The chairs in the room were also very comfortable and functional. The rooms were quiet and the ability to walk our dog easily was greatly appreciated.

The elevator got quite noisy near the end of our stay and our dog was very scared to get into it again.

The place is clean, with everything needed. The only sad thing was the shower, it was super weak, but we stayed for 2 nights and it was fine. I’m sure if we would contact front desk they would provide us another room.

The breakfast!!! The real breakfast with hot food, anything you might want! The lady who served there did an awesome job and always checked on things. I was there for power lifting competitions so I even didn’t have to look for places to eat before the meet, it was super convenient!

The location was convenient, the bed was extremely comfortable and the continental breakfast was very good. It was a very quiet hotel meaning we did not hear people in the neighboring rooms or out in the hallway.

We could not get the water to a comfortable temperature in the shower. It was either too cold or too hot and most of our shower was spent fooling around with the temperature. The parking lot was not big enough to accommodate the full hotel. We got back very early in the morning (midnight) from a concert and had to park across the way next to Jimmy John's because there weren't any more spots out front of the hotel.

Breakfast was fine, fairly typical of hotel breakfasts. The area was clean and well organized, and the staff kept it well stocked. The hotel suite was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We slept well! The location was great for attending Toby's Dinner Theater and there was plenty of parking.

The pool was closed for repairs. We had requested an early arrival, received confirmation, but this was not acknowledged or arranged when we arrived. Fortunately, we were still able to get dressed and make the show on time.

Ms. Derry was amazing and super attentive during breakfast! Her smile and friendliness is one major reason as to why we would happily come back! The staff at the front desk were kind and made sure we were comfortable! The hotel was super clean, comfortable, and close but safe distance to different attractions and locations.

There was nothing that we did not enjoy!! It was all fabulous!

Nice, clean, comfortable, friendly staff. Healthy breakfast. Very diversified customers, which makes the stay enjoyable. Free tea, coffee etc. readily available 24/7.

I'm a recurrent customer. Typically, booking by one of the hotel booking portals. Typically, if not prepaid, issues with maintaining the price from the booking. If prepaid, difficulties to obain th receipt. All concluded well, ultimately. Breakfast healthy but everyday the same.

We like the cleanness, the location (right off 95), and good breakfast for this type of hotel. The bed was really comfortable and the room size was fine. It has EV chargers available in the parking lot, very convenient!

It would be nice to have additional toasters in the breakfast area to avoid the lines. The shower faucet could be better.

I appreciated having the option to have breakfast in the morning without having to leave the hotel. My room appeared clean and was stocked with towels and the bathroom showed it was treated w/ Lysol to ensure it was sanitized & disinfected! I also appreciated having name brand cleaning products at my disposal, for free no less. Every staff member I came into contact with was friendly and in these times that's a rare thing so I really appreciated that. The price of the room was very reasonable too.

I didn't see any notification for how well the room was cleaned to protect those with dog, cat, and other animal allergies. It would've been nice to know how the bedroom area is sanitized between customers for that.

It was very clean. The staff was really nice and personable. Good location with restaurants within walking distance and a gas station right across the street. They had grab bags (bagel, butter, banana and water) to take on the road with us.
