The accommodation provided value for money since it's very clean, especially the bathrooms and beddings. The dinning was also neat. Location is also perfect, nearby restaurants offering a variety of cuisines and shopping centres.

There was no iron and iron board in the room. Similarly, the Television only worked for one day and did not work for the rest of the week. Also, toilet brush was missing in my room. I saw very few trash cans in the corridors and none at the lobby.

We enjoyed our stay in Ibis Singapore Novena. I liked that the room was clean and the staff was very friendly. The room was just spacious enough for the three of us. Toiletries were also provided and everything listed on the listing was available. Dental kits are optional so if you need them, you have to ask the staff before going to your room. 2-in-1 shampoo+body wash was also available aside from liquid soap. We liked that the iron and ironing board was already available since some hotels provide them only when asked. We initially didn't include breakfast on our booking, but if ever you choose to avail of their breakfast buffet, then you can do so during your stay for a fee. There was a water refilling area near the elevator which is very convenient so make sure to bring your tumbler. The location of the hotel is very good too since it is surrounded by diners/restaurants just a few minutes walk from the hotel. The location is quite peaceful. No largre crowds, no traffic, so we were really able to rest after a lot of hours of walking.

We noticed that our room was connected to the adjacent room. There was a door in between our room and the next one--it was locked but the wall is a bit thin and we can hear loud sounds from the other room. I think the location of the hotel is not that near the city so in order to go to the usual tourist spots, you have to ride a taxi/bus. It was a good thing that the staff would always book a taxi for us. There was also a bus stop a few minutes away from the hotel.

Good size, modern rooms with engineered timber floors (better than carpets). Higher ceilings and well thought-out lighting made the rooms more spacious. The beds and pillows are comfortable and everything reasonably clean. The hotel is close to eating places and small shopping centre but a taxi was needed to get anywhere else like Orchard Rd.

The corridors are rundown and need updating which made us worried about the condition of the rooms when first arrived. However, the rooms are great! Appliances like the TV and hairdryer are quite old. Hairdryer only worked intermittently.

So good to see Esh again at the front desk. She got everything ready when I arrived and if’s so good to return! The room is comfortable and well maintained, thanks to the housekeeping team: Jennifer, Alinish, her colleagues servicing the 5th floor are hardworking and pleasant. To round it off, the check out with Ryan’s help was a breeze. This is my ‘go-to’ as a good place to rest after a long flight. Thank you, Ibis Singapore Novena. Such a great location to all the good food too!

The room was properly done with new towels everyday. Breakfast was good. Location was good for my office visit.

The smoking area right in front of the hotel. Move the smoking area to the side a bit more would be good. Also, controlling the noises in the hall way at night would be good. On the night I arrived, the neighbors were talking and running in the hallway like some high school kids.

This is my favorite hotel when arriving in Spore.❤️so nice to see Esh again and this time, I also interacted with the very pleasant and conscientious Shila (also front desk) and Lulu (housekeeping). The hotel is clean, convenient, most of all the staff made me feel welcomed. Thank you for my wonderful stay!

It is near the hospitals of which we have a consultation done in one of the hospitals. Near the mall and walking distance to MRT

The room space is not generous enough.. Glass windows on the outer side would be better if well maintained. It's an old-vibe hotel. First time to see a bathroom just enough to fit my small frame. It's giving me the idea though that it can be possibly done. Receptionists are not quite welcoming but they answer/attend to our needs/ queries.

I like the location & cleanliness. Also the comfort of the bed and simple facilities provided in the room. I really appreciate the night shift staff that help us by calling the taxi company to retrieve the luggage that were left in the taxi not taken when we get off. We stayed from 19 to 22 August 2024. Both night shift staff should get rewarded.

The Bathing area in toilet is toooo small.

Room was cleaned daily basic but adequate as didn't spend a lot of time at hotel. Wi-fi good. Breakfast was excellent choice a few strange things on offer but catering for people from around the world. Location was good and hotel clean and tidy staff polite and not intrusive.

Noise from other guests whilst returning to their rooms maybe a polite notice as you leave lifts to keep noise down to respect other guests who might already be in their rooms or have children. Thicker doors maybe

I have requested for a room near the lift. And the room given is exactly what I have requested. I have also asked the staff to loan me an umbrella as it was raining. They did n have been very helpful as well.

1) My window was directly facing the temple. 2) I called the Ibis phone line 2 times, there were no reply on both counts.
