Pretty spacious room! Good location if you travel for business as very close to Metro and the main "Business park" where many/ most of "branded" companies are located in Sofia nowadays Friendly stuff, even at late shifts! Decent breakfast choice for 1-2 nights. Having fresh fruits was very good! In general it is quite a good value for money - like 7.5 out of 10 actually

Juices" from the machine had lots of water in them and were not tasty. Also the hotel-made yogurts were not very tasty and there was not other choice. Same partly applied for hotel-made cakes/pastries From the 3rd night breakfast is actually getting boring as choice is limited and not all options actually taste good. Good choice of fruits but no fish and limited vegetable options

Nice location, friendly staff, good restaurant, again, with polite and patient staff, had pretty much all the ameneties that we needed.

The apartment we stayed in could definitely use a touch up: there were dirty walls, traces of water infiltration, broken curtains, broken bathtub handle, empty tissues box, small things that could be easily and cheaply fixed and that would improve the overall image of the accommodation. So, in conclusion, a bit of a lack of attention to details but not really a show stopper.

The Sky Bar truly stands out as a fantastic place to unwind, offering not only a great selection of drinks but also breath-taking views of the mountains and city. The ambiance created by the combination of a well-curated drink menu and the stunning scenery made my time there truly enjoyable. Moreover, the reception desk made a positive first impression with a friendly and warm greeting upon my arrival. A warm welcome always sets the tone for a great stay, and your reception team did an excellent job in ensuring a smooth and pleasant check-in process. Their attentiveness added to the overall positive atmosphere of the Sky Bar.

While my stay was pleasant, I noticed that the room could benefit from a little sprucing up. The light fitting above the bed appeared to have had a short out at some point, and a bit of attention in this area would contribute to a more polished look. Additionally, a fresh coat of paint on the walls might be worth considering, as they seemed a bit tired.

Very good hotel. Friendly staff and very helpful. Our request for a baby bed was nicely prepared. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. We could park in a safe parking slot directly in front of the entrance, which was a big plus. There are plenty of parking slots. It's easily accessible.

The breakfast was of good quality, but the variety is just enough to pass.

Booking in was quick and easy. All the reception staff were pleasant, helpful and professional. The room was big, clean and well equipped with everything we needed for the stay. We dined in their restaurant, and it was delicious and reasonably priced. My wife had a massage and beauty treatment in the downstairs wellness centre. She booked in on short notice and was very happy with the treatment she got from the lovely lady in attendance.

Cosy, clean and the staff is so polite and supportive! It was also very close to all my locations. Has also a very good connection to the metro. Kitchen and service in the restaurant on the roof top and the breakfast was very good!

Sofia citicens do love powerful car engines :), the isolation of the hotel is quite good but if you are a light sleeper like me, you might hear from time to time some cars. Actually normal for big cities…

Convenient location for a stay on a business trip. Close to main business area in Sofia and Sofia Metro, whicn allows you to reach all important points in Sofia, even the airport on feet if needed. Decent breakfast, with fresh fruits. A bit limited choice but quite tasty and enough options for a stay of 2-3 nights

all was fine for the price

Very nice room, big enough, nice and comfortable bed, TV screen, mini bar, closet, flip flops, extra sofa and working place. In front of the high traffic road but quiet. Breakfast awesome with large variety and fresh fruits as well. Big dining room.

I suggest to have extra towels and also bath mat inferno of the shower. Also they may have an extra glass to protect the bathroom from humidity and splash water out of the shower place. Parking is a bit small but you can manage due to staff

Clean , friendly restaurant staff

The beds were not comfortable I booked a room with a one bed king-size bed, but they gave me 2 single beds pushed near each others ,the mattress and billows are horrible, and I tried to book the spa but it was not functioning I booked with them before 4 or 5 times mainly because the free car parking and new furniture but I think this time will be the last ,they didn't appreciate that even last time there was no water in the bathroom till 10 pm but they refuse to do late check out for me after 2 despite thatvi told them my flight is at 9 0m and they asked me to pay half of the room value if I want to stay up to 6 That was depressing for me. I know that is the rules, but I thought that they would compensate me for the previous bad experience

It's a clean hotel. The rooms are spacious. The bathrooms are clean. The bed is comfortable. Her breakfast is enough. The hotel's location is very good. Although it seems far from the city center, it is easy to reach the city center with M1 metro. There is a market right next to it. If I come again, I will stay at the same hotel.
