We have been staying at the cottages every year since they 1st opened & always have a great time 👍👍
There was no ventilation filter on the main floor & the 1 on the 2nd floor was in need of replacement - dust was hanging from it ! There were hardly any knives in the kitchen & they were very dull ! & a few light bulbs needed replaced - but overall not a really big deal !

We showed up a little too early in the season to get the full benefits of the beautiful location, lack of swimming pool being open this time of year and just cooler weather only downside otherwise beautiful place.

Cleanliness, location, all necessary provisions provided (linens, pillows,cookware, dishes, etc)
Was told by phone that hairdryers were in each bathroom, which would have been nice, but they were not. A washer and dryer would be nice for a weekly stay, but we were there only for 3 nights and didn’t really need washer and dryer

The place was nice. The location was good.
The sofas were pretty dirty and stained the shower drain was very slow, causing the tub to fill up. I tried using the plunger to get it clear, but it didn’t work.

Rental property was excellent. Staff was extremely responsive in addressing the Wi-Fi password issue which was rapidly resolved.
There are some drywall cracking issues that need to be addressed and all of the soap dispensers were old or empty.

Ocean accessibility and location
Kids room door locked when opened all the way and then shut with no key to unlock it. Need to install a door stop and have keys to all doors located in the cottage.

The place was clean and spacious. Everything we needed with a pool and close to the beach.
The bed could have been a little more comfortable. It was hard.

The fold out couch bed was very uncomfortable. But the couch was passably comfortable to lay upon
