Initially, I booked this property because it was a quick in and out of Washington DC. One can be in town in 30 minutes but overnight rates are lower and the city's traffic congestion can be avoided. What I experienced last night by booking a room on the first floor of this property was: - an incredibly kind and helpful staff - a spotless room and public area - new carpeting on the first floor - a room much larger than I anticipated it would be - excellent linens and a generous supply of thick towels - immediate hot water in a lovely bathroom with great bath products - a wide variety of television channels - a breakfast buffet that offered a wide variety of items - from scrambled eggs, turkey sausage and hot waffles to oatmeal and granola with more topping options than I've ever seen offered to bagels and cold cereal - flavored creamers (what?!?) and fruit juices in the buffet area - nearby restaurants to satisfy any craving or appetite

I thought that everything was fine!

Beds were comfortable and clean, location was great easy to find, and close to other business, restaurants, shopping centers, etc. Water pressure and temperature was great for a good shower. Room was quiet I good night rest.

The pool was green with yucky water, it advertised an indoor pool wish was the determine point to get this hotel among many others around, so I was very disappointed. The reception area needs some TLC is very dated. The building itself needs some repair and TLC, the landscape also pretty depressing. Some windows have humidity unable to let you see clearly out.

The room was good

Very busy area. Lots of traffic. Suspect that some people in the area are on drugs or alcohol. We were threatened by one person who stopped his car and got out and swore at us for no reason. I had to stop and back up to get away. This was in the hotel parking lot. The hotel itself was very good but we won’t stay in this area again.

I was worried that I wouldn't have a good experience but I was wrong. Both the staff and other guests were really nice. They gave us complimentary water up on check-in.. Check-in and out were easy. Everything was nice and clean. The pool was nice and relaxing. I was very happy with my stay.

There was nothing I didn't like

I felt the warm welcome at check-in with Shamsa she was amazing her smile made us feel very comfortable and the Hotel was spotless from the front door to the room. Breakfast was good. they should try serving potatoes as well. But overall I definitely would stay here again when I visit the area in the near future.

The staff was really friendly. The room was clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was awesome. We expected a continental breakfast and was pleasantly surprised with all that this hotel offered. Eggs, waffles, cereal and more. Great way to start the rest of our travels.

Clean, friendly staff, very comfortable. They upgraded my room to a suite at no charge simply because my 16 year old was complaining about his privacy at the front desk while checking in. 😂

The front desk personnel were very friendly.

The side door seemed to not close completely at times. But that's more of the patrons and not the hotel.

The staff are always available and kind. The bed and pillows are comfortable. There’s ample parking and the area is quiet.

The pool was inhumane. It was dirty with brown film floating at the top. It was unusable

Your Company charged me double for my stay , the 1st time charged it was correct $326.40 and the 2cd time you charged me was for $370.00 …. then said , sorry , We realize we charged you Double , you’ll have it credited to my account t BUT…. it’ll take a few days to show up….. However , it did take all bit 3 minutes to show up that this amount was taken from my checking g account.
