The wifi is included, the rooms are VERY clean, the staff are kind, thoughtful and all around lovely. The building itself is also well cared for, clean, and welcoming inside and out. They also had Roku TV in every room with Netflix, and Disney+ (there are more but I forget which ones as we didn't use them) The staff (owners I presume) were very accommodating and even brought the meals we ordered from the restaurant to our room. They made a rough day of traveling a lot easier.

I wish pets were allowed but 100% understand why they aren't. Otherwise I would be hard pressed to find anything I didn't like. It was great.

It was such a beautiful place! Remarkably quiet, the motel was gorgeous. With AC in the rooms it was cool despite being almost 40 degrees Celsius outside. The staff was friendly and reassuring - we happened to be there with a huge forest fire not far away and this place didn’t even smell of smoke inside. It was beautifully clean and fresh looking, the room was impeccable and the beds were like climbing into a soft white cloud. It was by far the most comfortable and cleanest motel we have ever stayed in. Bonus was that they had tea and coffee in the lobby available all times and the Indian restaurant next door was incredible - we had it for breakfast and couldn’t have been happier! Despite the fire nearby, I wish we could have stayed another night. We will definitely be back next year!

A very pleasant 2 night stay. I loved that it was easy to find. I thought I had booked a queen but were given a king bed. Loved it! The room was large for 2 people, complete with a couch and a 2 person table. It was very clean which is very important to us. The hotel doesn't have hair driers in the room but have them available if needed (which was fine with me!). While it was on the highway, which made it easy to find, it was also very quiet: no traffic noise. Lots of parking on site. A fantastic Indian restaurant next door so no unnecessary driving. Checkin was easy and the lady was very pleasant to deal with. Breakfast was a simple offering of fruit and muffins. Coffee and a variety of teas were also available. There is no elevator (which wasn't an issue for us), but assistance was readily offered if we did need help with our bags. TV and wifi worked well. The AC was very much needed during our stay and it kept us cool! Having come for fruit, Sanderson's right next door made it easy to get fruit just as we were leaving to head home.

Breakfast is limited. More of a snack. I would have liked a 2nd option beyond muffins - scones perhaps. Thus the 9/10.

In a good location for an overnight stop. A very clean and comfortable motel. Really comfy bed, large modern room, large modern bathroom finished to a high standard. Wonderful Indian restaurant next door with fantastic curries. And fruit stall on road adjacent to motel. Quiet and restful night’s sleep. Also got offered in the morning help yourself refreshments ( not really a breakfast) of muffins, fresh local fruit plus tea or coffee.

Had to ask for an extra pillow as we were only given 2 between the 2 of us. The rooms are quite spartan. Don’t expect any extras such as hair dryers. No where to hang up clothes.

We were very pleasantly surprised by this motel. Located in a tiny country village (seemingly in the middle of nowhere to us "city slickers") full of fruit stands, we really did not expect much. The motel was very clean and fairly new with a convenient shower unit and a very comfortable bed. While it did not have all the amenities of some larger motels (only 23 units I believe) we were comfortable and were surprised to get a continental breakfast of fresh fruit from their orchard and store next door and muffins from their restaurant.

All units are on the second floor with no elevator. They will help you with your bags, but we managed ourselves.

The Owners were so incredibly welcoming, friendly and funny. This was also right beside their family owned fruit stand. Such fresh products available and yummy pie and ice cream. There was a walking trail behind the hotel where you could walk to the Red Bridge and right into the town of Keremeos. It was really nice to be able to walk through their orchard onto the trail.

Would have been nice to have a breakfast included - they did have muffins and a little fruit - some yogurt and boiled eggs and toast would have been nice or even cereal.

The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly. The facility was easy to find.The staff had trouble finding our reservation, but once they did, they upgraded our room, at no charge.

The check in process was slow and awkward. After a brief power outage, the internet and TV took a long time to be reset. There seemed to be no dedicated parking area large enough were the hotel to be full. People staying here should know there is no elevator to second floor rooms.

The location was great as we just needed a place that was within an hour of either Penticton or Osoyoos. Keremeos fits the bill nicely. The breakfast was somewhat sparse, but I did appreciate the fresh fruit that was available.

I would suggest that a different style of coffee production be available to reduce landfill. I don't have a good solution as in this age of Covid there is a need to keep patrons personal items separate from each other. It's unfortunate that there is no elevator for people who have difficulty with stairs. There were several people I assisted as they were struggling with baggage and the stairs. Perhaps a ramp to the second floor can be considered. I found the room air conditioner very noisy.

Surprisingly very good! This motel is in the middle of nowhere and can offer nothing fancy, but if you need a convenient stop on your way, it works great. The motel feels like brand new. There are nice clean quiet rooms with good windows (you don't hear the road and other outside noise at all) and great bathrooms (our bathroom was one of the cleanest bathrooms I've ever seen!). They was also an AC which we found to be not a common thing in Canadian hotels and motels. A couch, a table with chairs and plenty of lights were all very convenient.

There was no wardrobe or any hooks to store our clothes. Some people may find inconvenient a need to go to the lobby for tea and coffee.

They offer an adequate "continental" breakfast, which we enjoyed. The room is large, and has a very good air conditioner, which is needed for a short while in the evening. The staff were very informative, and the grounds are full of flowers and fruit trees

On our first arrival, there had been a mix up, and the room wasn't ready, but we wandered the fruit stands, and all was well in half an hour.
