The location couldn't be better , between the train station and the historic center 🇮🇹. The room feels like it was just recently remodeled everything, new modern, i was fortunate enough to have a room overlooking the pedestrian street with view of all the activity below.❤️ The breakfast was spartan, but in reality, that's the way italians do it with the simple pastry and ☕️ coffee

For me, it was confusing upon arrival. Because I failed to read back through all the correspondence from the hotel from the beginning, I would recommend that the host send out a reminder email the day before, to assist the guests in a smooth arrival.

Amazing location, close to railway station and centre of town. Small but clean room, comfortable bed and good breakfast. Host was very pleasant and check-in was seamless. Good air con and Tv. Everything was fine for a few days in Ravenna.

All good - just a few small things - only 4 coat hangers, which was a bit odd, no caddy or shelf to put anything on, in shower cubicle. A kettle and glasses/cups in room would have been nice, although there was access to plastic cups and cold water in breakfast room.

The B&B is extremely well situated - a short walk from the train station, and all of the key sites in Ravenna. It is impeccably clean and well maintained - the rooms are simply furnished, but complete and comfortable. The breakfast is exceptional, with a broad variety of excellent items to meet anyone's requirements - pastries, yogurt, cereals, fresh fruit, meats, etc - and a great coffee machine. In addition, Valentino, the proprietor was very welcoming and helpful.

The room was very clean and comfy. Breakfast had a good variety and the location was really convenient and central. The host communicated well and in a timely manner and the fact that he was present at breakfast was really nice to greet and host his guests and potentially deal with any issues. Walking distance to practically the entire city, loads of restaurants near by. Would highly recommend this property.

The room we stayed in had a strange smell and we could not put our finger on whether it was the sewer or if the smell was coming from outside.

We were there for a cruise. The location is excellent. Walking distance from the train station (5 min). It’s about 20 min by car/bus to the port. Valentino is very nice. Great communication and a nice host.

The beds weren’t very comfortable, specially the pull out ones for the teenage kids. But we were just there for one night. Place was very clean, with a great location.

Such a tastefully decorated place and so well located in the beautiful city of Ravenna. A good -sized room for 3 (or more, there was a convertible), good bathroom, air con, breakfast and a lovely welcome.

Maybe breakfast hours could start, as an exception, just a little before 8am for guests needing to travel early … and some salad would have been nice. Maybe indicate that corso Diaz is pedestrian ?? The GPS took us down it, past the carabinieri .. scary ! Otherwise everything super good 👍🏻

Location is great! The best you can have in Ravenna - right next to all important sights and the train station too! Rooms are large and impeccably clean, breakfast also was good. And the host, Valentino, is great. He was replying immediately after every inquiry of ours! And we had many things to ask for - early check in, beach recommendations, issues with our train as it was cancelled and we needed to stay an extra night - he accommodated every request we had. Definitely recommend!

All was great

We loved our stay here!! Just a 10 min walk from the train station puts you at the front door, as it's located right on the edge of the historic center. The host greeted us and helped us with our bags, and was available to answer any questions.. Room + bed were comfortable and the AC worked great! Breakfast was lovely and bountiful each morning. The balcony was nice if you wanted to sit out. The care that this host puts into making sure your stay is comfortable, exceeded all expectations!! Excellent location, withing walking distance to all the Mosaics and restaurants. Highly recommend!!! (Sorry I forgot to take photo of very welcoming lobby and breakfast room. )

Everything was perfect!

Everything worked great!! We were met when we arrived. All went like clockwork!! The location is absolutely perfect, especially if traveling by train. We walked maybe 10 minutes straight along the boulevard from the train station. The b and b was right on the same road, but the road had turned into a pedestrian road by then. Convenient!! And the entire old Town was right outside the door within minutes!

If there was one part which could be better it was breakfast. It would have been a banquet compared to most hotel stays in The States, but there was something a bit missing which i can't explain, actually. The host did everything he could to make us comfortable, though.

A great location, a well appointed room, an excellent host and a very good breakfast ... what's not to like. We would certainly return having really enjoyed our time in Ravenna.

Other guests don't always appear to realise that sound travels and that late night conversations in the dining room may well disturb guests who have already retired.
