Lots of others said they didn’t like the location- we thought it was great. Just 10 mins drive in the direction of Trabzon is a really nice seaside town we wouldn’t have discovered if this had been more centrally located! Rooms were comfortable- no air con but Trabzon is not that hot and we slept comfortably. Breakfast was excellent- very fresh even the cucumber and tomato were juicy and fresh!

No shampoo or conditioner in the holders. Pillows were much too big (we brought our own so we were ok!) pool was very crowded but once you’re in it’s a lot of fun so you stopped minding about the crowd

This place is like heaven... Every thing you wish to attract with is there The hosts are obnoxiously kind and have the best hospitality. The food is mouthwatering and tasty. everything is spacious and it,s the best place for families and couples. Definitely a 5 out of 5 rating Thank you for your kind hospitality and great giving.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was always willing to help. My family loved the water park. At first, we thought we would not be able to swim as a family based off other comments, but the water park is available for families to enjoy together. However, the indoor pool has certain times for males and females.

Everything was very nice, but the location is a bit far from the city so a rental car is necessary if you want to enjoy the city or other areas in the region.

The water park and children's pool were very clean and good and safe for two children, one year old and six years old

The hotel is far from the city and the breakfast time is short and the items are not charged ,and the reception does not speak English, Lack of high chairs for children and no crib.

It is an outstanding resort, starting from the stuff who were very helpful and friendly. I specifically thank Mr. Abdulsamad for his professionalism and taking care of us. The room and furniture were almost new, loopy and restaurant were very clean and hygiene. The internal and external swimming pools were clean. My kids and myself enjoyed playing and swimming in the pool. I highly recommend this resort to enjoy your time with your family.

The staff are very friendly specially mr abdulsamad he is very professional and very helpful and appreciate customers also another young turkish staff who speaks very well english but i forgot his name he is super and always helpful

I suggest that all females should wear caps when they are in the swimming pool because i saw some hair in the water. This is the only thing

The view is amazing, exactly how it is shown in web photos. They care about service. Breakfast was excellent. Hotel and rooms are super clean. I used their VIP car for tour in the last day of my stay and I felt that I messed up as I could have used it earlier as it is very comfortable and luxury. I suggest that you don’t book tours in advance and you could just use their VIP car if you’re traveling with family.

The location was really clear to reach, the sea view. The staff were really friendly & helpful. The facilities were good & clean rooms. The breakfast was tasty, good varieties with nice portions. It’s a good value for money. I fully recommend this place & definitely will be back.

The location of this facility was fantastic. Hospitality & service of the staff was exceptional. The bed was super comfy, The breakfast was good, and the area around the hotel was neat and clean. I recommend anyone wanting to visit Trabzon to stay at this hotel.
