Very nice hotel, clean and modern. It is located in a quiet part of the city (a few minutes walk from the city center) and next to a very nice sandy beach. Free car parking with EV charging possibility. The hotel surroundings are clean and well-maintained. The hotel also has its part of the beach with sunbeds only for hotel guests. The room was comfortable with all the necessary equipment. VERY FRIENDLY and KIND STAFF make our stay more comfortable. Delicious food and a nice pool bar with a wide scope of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Some nights were with accompanying thematic programs. The pool was clean with a very nice palm view. In your free time, you can go to the hotel gym or play billiards or ping-pong. It was a pleasure to spend a holiday there.

As a part of all-inclusive the water bottle in the room could have been refilled every day. Otherwise nothing to complain about.

Location was excellent for the beach and walking out to bars and restaurants. The staff throughout the Hotel couldn’t have been more friendly or helpful and give a very personal service. We couldn’t fault the All Inclusive package with an excellent range of drinks and delicious, varied buffet. Tables were cleared quickly and reset for the next guests swiftly. We liked the large comfortable bed, large walk in shower and I was most impressed with the hairdryer - it had a nozzle and was hard wired next to a large mirror.

There was no drinking water in the rooms each day, even for All Inclusive package guests. Sun Loungers around the pool were reserved from very early each day and sun loungers on the 'beach' were damaged, without mattresses and unmaintained. The pool became very busy as the children's pool was no more than a puddle. The Hotel really doesn’t have ‘facilities' for children, so we were surprised at how many unsupervised children there were. The gym was without water and towels. While it is a huge area with good equipment, clearly one of the treadmills has been removed and we had the Orbital Trainer out of service while there. The Pool Bar shown in the photograph was no longer in use.

The property is located in a calm place, I loved it. Direct access to the beach. The pool is adorable. Just chilling vibes. I really liked staff services in the room, pool and hotel in general. Clean rooms, clean hotel. The view from the room is brilliant. Breakfast was enough good. Will recommend for sure

I was not impressed so much by food of dinner buffet. And sometimes it could be noisy by the nearest hotels. But that’s not so bad. They finish up to midnight

One of the best places for vacation we have ever visited. We had some expectations, but this hotel was even better. Great room with beautiful view on the sea and beach. Absolutely lovely. Cleaning was done every day, cleaning ladies were very cute and friendly. Hotel staff (bar, restaurant, reception) were all friendly and lovely. Food was great, we had half-buffet (dinner and breakfast) and there was not a single day, when we were not satisfied. Every single meal was superb. The location of hotel is very good. Ayia Napa is known for young people coming for parties, but this hotel is located far enough from the busy party streets, so the nights are not loud at all! And don't worry, it's just few minutes walk to city center, busy streets with restaurants and shops. Beach in front of the hotel is very nice. Sea water is clear and simply beautiful.

The hotel itself was everything we hoped so. We are not fans of huge crowded resorts and this hotel had everything what we needed but still quite small, not crowded with enough privacy and silence. Location is perfect - basically 30 seconds walk to the beach and 2 minutes walk to shops and restaurants. Pool was fantastic - water temperature was perfect and it was so clean, our kid loved it. Food was excellent.

Dinner buffet was a bit expensive, especially price for 4 years old kid who won't eat very much.

Great hotel, positioned in a really nice place. The breakfast was really diverse and parts of it were changed daily, no matter your diet you will find something to eat. The rooms with a sea view are mostly pointing to the eastern bay from Ayia Napa marina. The staff was helpful and really polite. There is a gym, spa, sauna and restaurants are close by. The beach is really close, the hotel has a few sunbeds close to the beach but there are a lot of them from Ayia Napa city council which are 2.5 euro a piece (7.5 euro for 2 beds and 1 umbrella), and if you go to the eastern end point of the bay, the beach has no stones and the water is amazing. If you rent a car there is free parking available at the location. It's a really good hotel to enjoy your stay in Cyprus.

Great location right on the beach with sun loungers on the sand, plus lovely pool area with same. Free parking, buffet breakfast was great and a la carte food was good too. Food a bit expensive but same everywhere in Ayia Napa. Good shower, comfey bed, nice balcony overlooking the sea. Separate towels provided for room and pool/beach. We were given a complimentary bottle of wine on arrival!

Plastic cups for drinks by the pool, not allowed to order food and eat by the pool, had to sit at table. But nothing major.

Excellent location close to restaurants with really nice seaviews. Friendly staff. Good selection of food on the breakfast. It was quiet period so there was always sunbeds available on the pool.

Although it is forbidden to reserve sunbeds with towels in the morning without going there for long time, some people were doing this and staff didn't care about it. No soundproofing between the room and corridor. There could be also better lights in the room as the interior is also dark.

Hotel is located near the white sandy beach with scattered small pebbles on the coastline. The room has air-conditioned and well isolated from outside and other noises. Swimming pool is open from 9:00-19:00, it is kept clean and good for chilling in the water. Hotel has around 10 sun loungers near the beach, which are free to use with no extra cost. You can easily walk either one side or the other along coast line right up to the Love Bridge or around 1h slow walk to Nissi Beach.

Wi-fi in the room was rather slow and not functioning from time to time but it was not big problem for us.
