Our unit had all the amenities we required for our stay. The bed was one of the best I've ever slept on. The concierge was very lovely, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Parking right outside our unit. Swimming pool on site which I absolutely would have used but had strict time constraints. Warm unit, without heaters or the heatpump in use. Great location with supermarkets, cafés, etc under 5 minutes drive. Safe place to stay as the local police station is a few doors down.

The only thing I would suggest is giving it a spruce up as it does look older than most properties I've stayed at.

Location perfect, major need of updating but having said that, fully met our needs. Shower and hot water exceptional but again needs updating.

Wasn't too fussed on seasonal workers roaming around but we were out most of time and they were out most days as well. Demographics of guests have really changed since my youth (born and bred in Hastings) but price and location for quick stopover suited our reasons for being in the bay. Probably won't opt for the particular unit we had unless traveling solo, but availability was scarce for short notice. Clean and comfortable.

Did not have breakfast, the motel was easy to find and close to shopping facilities. The family unit that had 2 single and 1 double bed was a bit cramped, but otherwise ok. Funny having the bathroom off the bedroom when the cousin sleeping in the lounge had yo come onto the bedroom to go toilet. Staff were friendly and obliging. Should look at catering for disabled access etc. Especially in shower and toilet, ie more hand rails by toilet and keep a shower chair in office should 1 be required.

Rooms a bit small, shower space was small due to chair my mother needed to sit on was too wide so this restricted her movements getting in and out of shower. Also stepping down into shower, and stepping back up.

I meant to ask what the hot water system was that delivered instant hot water with no under the basin water heater. Intriguing.

I would liked to have had a better description of the location on Railway Road, such as proximity to intersection with Eastbourne street. How far from the big police station building? I eventually used the Kennards signage across the tracks but coming in from the south and trying to look for numbers or names in heavy traffic was a chore, especially with other places with the word Apple in their name.

Comfortable and cosy stay for family. Good beds, especially the bunk beds for kids. Tea/coffee supply adequate. Good supply of utensils and other kitchen items. Affordable price.

The WIFI was a fail. We never got internet service the whole time we stayed there. Shower space too small. Windows too low and easily opens out wide (makes it easy for someone to climb through or access the door lock from outside, if we forget to lock windows). No air con or heater available. Very cold at times and then it also got hot. One of the towels we used had a rip. Some areas/spots around the room could be improved, e.g. pipes showing to be properly covered, toilet seat worn out should be replaced. Shuttle to/from airport not available.

The bed although older type was very comfortable. The shower was a good size and the linens clean and replaced regularly. Enjoyed the tv, but grandson (who I was travelling with) did not rate the WIFI as well. Location was good - not far from supermarkets or takeaways. Parking outside room was good.

The grounds were a little dated and needed a little spruce up. The carpet in the room was quite stained, but really not that noticeable. Could have had spare blankets in the wardrobe if required.

Everything was ready when we arrived, the poor reception stayed back abd waited til we arrived so she could give us the keys before she left. Cleaners were amazing, always cleaning our rooms and having it spotless for when we came back from being out all day. Really appreciate it. Love the old school feeling about the place.

That the pool wasnt available for us to use. Looked dirty

The location is pretty central and handy. Only ten minutes walk to the bus stop. The police station is on the next corner so you feel safe. There is a lot of CCTV in the area. We also liked that there was a swimming pool on the premises. We had good kitchen and bathroom facilities in the apartment.

The bed was a little harder than what I am used to, but that's down to personal preference.

I liked the set up of the room. Cozy and made it comfortable!. The balcony was spacious and great. The lights in the room perfect lighting. Car park was perfect and simple including with other stayers. Great staff, kid friendly place as well!. The view from the balcony is nice as well. I think it's in a great place and location where it is.. nice and peaceful even though it's just by town. Definitely will go back, have been to stay twice Definitely will going the third time.

The only things I didn't like is that the tv was abit small and the shower goes from hot to cold and the balcony arm rest wobbles I find that abit health and safety or should be indeed checked but other than that it wasn't that bad at all I still enjoyed my stay and liked it!!

The location was excellent, really near public transport links. City centre close with lots of bars and restaurants a small stroll away. The room was well stocked with tea, coffee and a fresh bottle of milk left in the fridge. Toaster and microwave provided. Details to collect our keys were sent with easy clear instructions. Nice size room and bathroom.

It would be good to have a curtain on the little window.above the bed as it let the light in from the building behind. We put a coat over it to stop the light.
