Staffs' customer service orientation is exceptional.security officer Sameera,front desk supervisor walid and khalid was very helpful and never let us feel any shortage. Restaurant staffs Ridmi,Lovi,beach bar staff Tharanga,Eshan,Martin and Sarath were very friendly and even during the mid of noon heat they showed pleasant service with lovely smile.We really felt like that we should come again and spend some time with them and experience great hospitality.We are are looking forward to come again.

There is nothing that we didn't like but it would be much nicer to add some more varieties of fruits to the deserts bar.

Everything was very nice and it’s very good place for kids and adults so the whole family can enjoy and having fun in the place ,service was very good and clean and comfortable room , I would like to came back again with my family

Actually I take all inclusive package , but the food in the restaurant was not good there’s is no variety in food ,it’s look like all Indian food, need to improve the food variety so all nationality’s can enjoy eating

Very good value for money. Except of dinner buffet that we only tried once everything was amazing. Breakfast had plenty of kids food that is a big plus.

Dinner buffet was one of the worst I have ever seen in a hotel.

-Facilities for children were great. Different pool options and beach well maintained. -The main all inclusive restaurant had plenty of options at every meal. -Our room had direct access to garden area which was a great addition to make the trip more enjoyable for kids.

-The AC in our room did not work properly the first night, and even after fixing did not cool to the amount that a UAE resident would want! I suggest they reconsider their ‘smart’ AC controls. -The alcoholic drinks. For example, if I order a mixed drink and watch the bartender pour for a 6 count, I should be able to taste the alcohol. I won’t say more, but there is something not right… I suggest sticking to beer or wine.

We recently stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton on Al Marjan Island, RAK, for one night and had a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience. We opted for the breakfast and dinner package, and it was definitely worth it. From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was smooth and welcoming. The staff was friendly, professional, and attentive, making sure we were comfortable and well-informed about the facilities and dining options. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a beautiful view and all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very cozy, and the overall room setup created a peaceful and restful environment. The dinner buffet had a wide variety of options, including international and regional dishes. Everything we tried was flavorful and well-prepared, with plenty of choices for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. The breakfast buffet the next morning was equally impressive — fresh juices, hot dishes, baked goods, and live cooking stations made for a delightful start to the day. The beachfront location is a major plus. We enjoyed a peaceful evening walk by the water and appreciated the serene atmosphere the resort offers. There are also multiple pools and leisure areas, ideal for both families and couples. Overall, our short stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Al Marjan Island was a wonderful escape from the city — great food, comfortable rooms, excellent service, and a beautiful setting. Highly recommended for a relaxing weekend getaway!

Absolutely Exceptional Stay! Our experience was nothing short of amazing — truly a 💯 pleasant stay from start to finish! The staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The food was absolutely delicious with a variety that satisfied every taste. The facilities were spotless, well-maintained, and offered everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable time. From the service to the atmosphere, every detail was perfect. I genuinely loved everything about our stay and without a doubt, we will be back again. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a memorable getaway!

Everything was absolutely beautiful. My kids loved this holiday. We normally stay along the end of the island at the radisson but we choose to change to here and go all inclusive. With having 7 and 4 year old the pools/active area is great. The gaming room is okay not great but we’re not on holiday to game but at nights would have been nice if more games were on the consoles for the kids. The food was great in the main restaurant, breakfast/lunch/dinner honestly kids ate the whole 10 days we were there and great value. Drinks perfect, we got pizzas by the pool when it was lunch some days rather than go into hotel and it was free considering all inclusive give you an amount to spend! Iittle ice cream stall isn’t included but was only £2 for an ice cream each some afternoons. The place was clean and always had someone to help. All pools were easy access and always had sun loungers at pools or beach. The inside pool wasn’t the best for us, it had so much chlorine is hurt my eyes and head even just sitting in for a while. The spa was amazing so professional. Rooms were huge, balcony was great for us to play cards or chill at night. Staff so helpful and warm. The little shop just of the back door to the main restaurant the ladies in there were amazing! Make sure to buy everything from there as prices are amazing don’t shop from the little stalls as there such a rip off! All pool toys get from the actually shop and they’ll blow them up. But honestly if you’re debating to go 100% recommend to everyone!!

I didn’t like the two stalls that were just off the table tennis area. They were very pushy every time we walked past them which was every time we went from food and back to the pool. I understand it’s culture but being from Scotland I’m not used to being harassed to by something and I’m not rude but when I say no I didn’t expect that to bring rudeness.

Although the resort was busy, the staff managed superbly. Service was great and resort was kept clean. Rarely had to wait for a drink and the buffet was well stocked and easily accessible. A special mention to Manohar & his team in the restaurants who were brilliant! Loads for the kids to do, activities on the beach, in the pools & sea, giant chess, table tennis, darts and garden areas.

The location is about an hour from the airport but once there, you don’t need to leave the hotel.

We went All inclusive and there's only 2 places you can eat, the buffet restaurant got quite repetitive glad we weren't there for 2 weeks There no control over the sunbeds and most were reserved with a tower from about 7 am yet people would be away all day No library or left books section which would be good

Lovely clean spacious room, robes, slippers, nice toiletries. Comfy bed, good location in the lower level buildings, pool view. Breakfast was very good, great table service outside for coffees and fresh juices. The staff are so friendly and polite. Sanchaya asian restaurant was amazing, great food, lovely setting outside in the evening heat. Anchor bar is good, especially happy hour, 5 till 7pm Loads of pools, nice temperature water. It really exceeded my expectations based on some reviews, it was very good value for money. We just had bed and breakfast, and at ate at different restaurants for dinner as heard the dinner buffer AI isn't great. So we saved £400 for 2, and I budgeted £100 a day for food and drink, this was for 4 nights stay We ate at Sanchaya, Claw BBQ (Hampton Hotel) and Ula (Movenpick) Ula is a beach style restaurant, it is simply a stunning setting, you need to check it out, it looks like paradise, great food too and lovely attentive staff.

Quite crowded around the main pool, but the 16+ pool and area is much quieter and more sunbeds available. You need to reserve a bed by 0930 at the latest. Otherwise, most will be taken. I went down at 9am and there were plenty, then went back to room to get ready for breakfast. You don't need to get up at silly times though, and they will always get you a sunbed from somewhere if there aren't any.
