Everything was very nice and it’s very good place for kids and adults so the whole family can enjoy and having fun in the place ,service was very good and clean and comfortable room , I would like to came back again with my family

Actually I take all inclusive package , but the food in the restaurant was not good there’s is no variety in food ,it’s look like all Indian food, need to improve the food variety so all nationality’s can enjoy eating

Very good value for money. Except of dinner buffet that we only tried once everything was amazing. Breakfast had plenty of kids food that is a big plus.

Dinner buffet was one of the worst I have ever seen in a hotel.

Everything was absolutely beautiful. My kids loved this holiday. We normally stay along the end of the island at the radisson but we choose to change to here and go all inclusive. With having 7 and 4 year old the pools/active area is great. The gaming room is okay not great but we’re not on holiday to game but at nights would have been nice if more games were on the consoles for the kids. The food was great in the main restaurant, breakfast/lunch/dinner honestly kids ate the whole 10 days we were there and great value. Drinks perfect, we got pizzas by the pool when it was lunch some days rather than go into hotel and it was free considering all inclusive give you an amount to spend! Iittle ice cream stall isn’t included but was only £2 for an ice cream each some afternoons. The place was clean and always had someone to help. All pools were easy access and always had sun loungers at pools or beach. The inside pool wasn’t the best for us, it had so much chlorine is hurt my eyes and head even just sitting in for a while. The spa was amazing so professional. Rooms were huge, balcony was great for us to play cards or chill at night. Staff so helpful and warm. The little shop just of the back door to the main restaurant the ladies in there were amazing! Make sure to buy everything from there as prices are amazing don’t shop from the little stalls as there such a rip off! All pool toys get from the actually shop and they’ll blow them up. But honestly if you’re debating to go 100% recommend to everyone!!

I didn’t like the two stalls that were just off the table tennis area. They were very pushy every time we walked past them which was every time we went from food and back to the pool. I understand it’s culture but being from Scotland I’m not used to being harassed to by something and I’m not rude but when I say no I didn’t expect that to bring rudeness.

Although the resort was busy, the staff managed superbly. Service was great and resort was kept clean. Rarely had to wait for a drink and the buffet was well stocked and easily accessible. A special mention to Manohar & his team in the restaurants who were brilliant! Loads for the kids to do, activities on the beach, in the pools & sea, giant chess, table tennis, darts and garden areas.

The location is about an hour from the airport but once there, you don’t need to leave the hotel.

I recently stayed at Doubletree and couldn't have asked for a better experience, especially since it was my birthday! I requested a room transfer to enjoy a better view, and the staff named Helena from Guest Relations Dept. went above and beyond to accommodate me. Though it could have been better if they gave me that room during our 1st night. They made my special day even more memorable by ensuring I had a beautiful room with a stunning view. The service was exceptional, and the attention to detail truly made me feel valued as a guest. I highly recommend this hotel for its customer service. Thank you for making my birthday so special!

This resort is fabulous for the family. It has a lot of facilities for children: A children's pool, an indoor children's play area with staff for watching children, an outdoor children's play area, and a water park. All these facilities are highly safe. This hotel is the best for families to have a great time. The breakfast is fabulous, with a lot of varieties. Although the hotel is quite huge with a lot of customers, everything at breakfast is well managed (no queue or shortage of food). Too many huge pools are available in the resort. Also, a long beach area is available. They are all well managed and fantastic. The staff is very friendly. I want to thank Paula and Anisun for being highly cooperative in showing us many room options before we finally settled.

Although the room is comfortable, the furniture in the room is quite old. I believe that a bit of redecoration can add more value. In the lunch buffet, There was a shortage in steak and chicken meat availability. The problem is that the restaurant has more than 200 visitors, and there are only two dishes (grillers) for steak. I tried many times to get pieces for my family and me but with no success. So, we paid a buffet price for vegetables and pizza. Otherwise, you need to wait in a long queue for 30 minutes. Therefore, the chief must run at least six grillers for such a huge visitors number.

Lovely clean spacious room, robes, slippers, nice toiletries. Comfy bed, good location in the lower level buildings, pool view. Breakfast was very good, great table service outside for coffees and fresh juices. The staff are so friendly and polite. Sanchaya asian restaurant was amazing, great food, lovely setting outside in the evening heat. Anchor bar is good, especially happy hour, 5 till 7pm Loads of pools, nice temperature water. It really exceeded my expectations based on some reviews, it was very good value for money. We just had bed and breakfast, and at ate at different restaurants for dinner as heard the dinner buffer AI isn't great. So we saved £400 for 2, and I budgeted £100 a day for food and drink, this was for 4 nights stay We ate at Sanchaya, Claw BBQ (Hampton Hotel) and Ula (Movenpick) Ula is a beach style restaurant, it is simply a stunning setting, you need to check it out, it looks like paradise, great food too and lovely attentive staff.

Quite crowded around the main pool, but the 16+ pool and area is much quieter and more sunbeds available. You need to reserve a bed by 0930 at the latest. Otherwise, most will be taken. I went down at 9am and there were plenty, then went back to room to get ready for breakfast. You don't need to get up at silly times though, and they will always get you a sunbed from somewhere if there aren't any.

Everything about our stay was exceptional. The hotel staff exhibited promptness and efficiency in addressing any concerns that arose. Prior to our arrival, I informed them of our expected arrival at 2:00 PM, although the check-in time was scheduled for 3:00 PM. We arrived at 2:45 PM, but unfortunately, our room was not yet ready. However, the staff graciously offered us access to the buffet, allowing us to enjoy a meal while we waited. Despite this accommodation, our room was not prepared until 3:50 PM. For a hotel of such high caliber, attention to these details is crucial, as guests value every minute of their leisure time. Nevertheless, overall, the hotel delivered an excellent experience.

Breakfast and the pools (the property has two pools just for adults) are excellent. We ordered a "king" room with a balcony and a sea view. In reality, we got a corner room with a microscopic balcony. I doubt two fat people would be able to come and sit on this balcony.

The hotel is huge and there was a big mess when we proceeded to check-in. A crowd of people, and only two of the five desks were working. Check-in is at 15:00, we arrived at 14:15 and of course, the room was not ready. We were told that they would call us as soon as the room was ready. Of course, no one called. At 15:00 we had to stand in line again, and raise our voices, and only then did we manage to get a room.

Very friendly staff, good facilities for kids and teenagers. We had the all inclusive package and that made our life easier, food was good and drinks were acceptable considering the cost of the package.

It was very busy, as it was the end of holidays. Also, there are not enough sunbeds at the beach or pool area for everyone, and it made it difficult to find a place. The pools were not very clean, probably all the sunscreen and people in them. Also, bar locations were not too convenient, and of course staff was overwhelmed by the number of guests. We'll try again without vacation period as this probably will improve our experience. Check-in and check-out times were lengthy, again due to all the people.
