We went to Ostrava, solely to Watch a soccer game, and so the location was excellent, only a 100 meters from the away entrance to the Stadium. The staff was very kind and serviceminded, it was very clean everywhere, and the breakfast was fine.

Apparently, this is a 4* hotel? It’s like stepping back in time, entering the 1970’s, for real. Since there is no restaurants and bars nearby, we ate there too. The food is mediocre. There’s construction work in parts of the hotel, be aware of that. This is not a cheap hotel, but it somehow feels like it is, sadly.

Breakfast was great! Two ladies were very nice with big smile, and working hard and took all our used dishes. Thank you💖 On the other hand, kids wanted to see cat robot to work. Robot was going around to take dishes but we had no dish to give🤣

When we checked in, front desk clerk didn’t tell us anything regarding wellness. So we didn’t know there was a wellness voucher together with room key. When we went to the wellness, we didn’t have voucher, so we had to go back to the room to take it. It’s easier if wellness staff can check our room number and the name in the system and let us in without the voucher. If not, front desk clerk has to make sure to tell guest about it. This happened to my family and my friend’s family.

We had Ples Univerzity in this hotel, therefore it was reason of my booking and we were not disappointed ! The room was specious and clean. Bathroom clean with all necessary things for staying. The staff was very friendly and helpful. In the morning we had a breakfast which was delicious and set us up for the day. I am a fan of the apple strudel, so I was happy to have it for my breakfast. It's all very impressive and beautifully decorated and we couldn't fault the service provided. We would definitely come back!

size of room and bathroom very impressive, large windows, it felt very spacious. the refrigerator was nice. i was surprised at the spaciousness of the suite, it was actually a good value. bed was reasonably comfortable. plenty of space for luggage and storage for clothing. two closets, a safe, a lounge/living room area which was great. the elevators were quick. breakfast options were fine. coffee was good.

there were mixed messages whether the 2 hour wellness voucher could be applied to a massage, i scheduled one after being told i could use it, but then learned I could not. also the gym was rather disappointing and it required a fee to use it. i would expect at least a treadmill and elliptical but it had neither. noise from the front road not great. it's opposite the soccer arena and practice fields so quite a bit of noise from the soccer events. the scent in the hallway was overpowering, it was too strong. despite asking for help on how to use the tv, i was unsuccessful in navigating how to use the tv. pity, since there were 2 of them and i couldn't use either.

Warm, clean rooms with comfy beds. The staff are friendly and the hotel is conveniently located beside a tram stop. The bathroom is spacious. The breakfast buffet spread was good - more than just cold meats and cheese, there were some warm dishes (I love a warm breakfast).

More of something to keep in mind before you jump in the shower - there's no shampoo, only body wash. There's a sign that says if you need something (like shampoo), you can contact the staff.

Great mes for dinner and for breakfast.rooms are wll equiped you can make a tea or coffee in the room for your own.

Only 70 minutes is free for the wellness and gym.would be better offering 130 min

My door didn't close and didn't "latch" unless I slammed it...it would stay open and anyone could just push it open. Room 315.

Excellent location. Clean and nice rooms. Wonderful breakfast. Helpful staff. Complimentary use of great swimming pool / wellness facilities.

Wifi did not work in 2 out of 4 rooms we booked, and signal was poor in another room as well.

Very good position, close to the industrial zone and not too far from city center. Spacious room and nice spa with one entrance for free. Good breakfast with some surprises, like the fresh mint for infusion

Pity they don't have the restaurant (at least, not for standard guests, I suppose it's only for conventions), so, you're forced to go out for the dinner. Anyway, there're some good restaurants in the neighbourhood

Great time spent. Very pleasant and helpful hotel staff as well as restaurant staff. Very good breakfasts. Super spa area! We will definitely be back! Thank you !
