Parking was good and service standards were nice . I paid using card terminals using my commonwealth bank account australia card to pay hotel rent when I checked in and HBL credit card at end to pay the food bill . Almost no hotel in Murree has card payment machine cause of Murree police corruption so it was good to see a hotel with a card payment terminal in Murree.

When I was booking this hotel, the reception guy Rab Nawaz told me I can't cause I am foreigner Australian with Pakistan origin card and said I have police clearance issue in their system. I tried to call police 15 in Murree to double check my police records are okay but 15 didn't attend my call despite calling many times . I called Murree police station to confirm my police clearance but they were very rude and said I have to pay bribe to Murree police, they will clean my police records then I can stay in any hotel in Murree.hopefully I can leave Pakistan without issue cause Murree police is very dodgy police.

We travelled as a family. Never got to stay on murree mall road bcuz honestly always thought it ll be more of a hustle then comfort bcuz of being crowded always. after staying at hotel one i realised you can live comfortably in the heart of murree and have zero worries regarding car parking, safety and quality of stay.. Included breakfast was amazing

The central heating...there should be a way to control the room thermostat.. cuz we stayed in january and due to clear weather and no snowfall this season the weather isnt that cold.. the heating was a bit towards the higher side which we as guests couldnt control...had to leave the window open at night to keep the ventilation going.

Our stay was wonderful. The rooms were clean, service was quick, staff was really courteous and the view was great. Breakfast buffet was very nice even with limited options. Totally satisfied with our experience.

The only problem was we followed google maps which gave us wrong directions and brought us from tiny streets and bazaar. Otherwise it's easily accessible from expressway. Make sure you call them in advance to inquire about it.

The hotel was very nice and clean. It's worth the amount that I paid. The staff was very professional. It was more than I expected. Usually, in muree staff is not good but I had very nice experience in this hotel.

One thing I would like to mention is that I met a couple of people at GPO muree just a few steps away from the hotel they were not the staff of the hotel, and they misguided us and said "Hotel One" is closed and not there anymore. They actually want us to use the hotel, which they suggested because they will get commission from that hotel. Guys, just stay away from that type of scammers. Best of luck.

Breakfast was good, and terris view was exceptional also staff was very co-operative and response was quick from staff every time and elevator is a plus point which was operating 24/7 👍👍

Liked the terris view and wifi quality was also good . Also rooms and toilets were clean and tidy.. i am missing room # 510 👍❤️❤️

Everything was excellent. Housekeeping person Saddam was very good and cooperative. Every other staff is also cooperative. It is a great value of money.

Unfortunately living at Mall road means expecting some noise at night from outside. Nothing fault of hotel itself. Positive of living at Mall means easy access to everything.

Clean and very beautiful views can be enjoyed from the top. The breakfast was delicious, with a lovely buffet that was beautifully decorated.

The room was very small, and the breakfast variety was less than other branches of the hotelone. There was no coffee machine, and overall, it was good but not the best in Murree.

I checked in on the 7th January . Manager Amir's attitude from check in to check out was very inappropriate. I had small children, heating, hot water was not available at all. I called 9 times and Aamir answered. But action zero. At night when I wanted to check out .Mr Mirza stopped me from checking out. He provided me heater. He gave hot water in the bucket. The next day it snowed and the weather was so bad that despite the heater and hot water there was no complaint and all the guests at the reception were seen complaining against Mr Amir . But he was busy with mobile .Thanks to Mirza who helped alot during difficult situation .
