I love these safari tents! I stayed in one in Koondrook and was recommended this place due to the ocean views. The little deck with bbq and bath and bench overlooking the ocean was perfection! The close walk to beach and morning coffee cart was great! The facilities are above expectation for a caravan park.

Hard pressed to find something we didn’t like. A little out of town and up a steep hill so if walking into town / shops is your thing it may be a little too far. Perfect for us though and a short drive to Main Street

A great spot to relax with a great view overlooking Middle Beach. Close by walks around the beaches and lookouts, a short drive into Merimbula for shopping.

The Safari tent location is on the main exit road so had the noise of vehicles leaving the park, also close to the children's water park and water slides so noisey through the day, great for kids however not for sleepy afternoon naps. Although a short drive into town for shopping I feel there could be more opportunity for a small shop near reception for some main staples such as milk, bread or just some crackers and dips.

Great location less than a 10 minute walk from the beach, it was nice to be able to take a stroll and watch the surfers while sipping my morning coffee. The resort offers a lot of entertainment options, with multiple playgrounds and waterparks for the kids, as well as a TV room and other communal areas, even though I was there in the winter so I didn't get to see them being used.

My only problem with the resort was that while I was there there was no wi-fi in my room (which was a bit further away from reception). It wasn't too big of an issue and they said it was temporary, but it might not be ideal for everyone.

Such a great neat park, lots of things for kids to do with the water park, pool and games room. Short walk to the beautiful beach and lots of other little walks to do around the park. Well set out with communal areas.

It's a bit pricey in peak season. But that's expected for seaside stays. One of the bunk mattresses was dipped in and needs replacing. The walk to the beach is not far, but a steep decline down and steep incline up, most people will manage, but it might be challenging for those less able.

Location was incredible (2 minute walk from beach) and park facilities were everything we hoped for and more - could not have been better for our young family. Excellent value for money and the perfect choice for any family.

The cabin was clean, but unfortunately there were lots of spiders and large cob webs which did make us feel a little uneasy with young kids. The layout was also a bit tricky, with a couch up against the dining table which meant we could only fit three of us at the table at once without removing the stack of additional chairs in the corner. Minor things, but we feel that if small changes were put in place to fox these things, then we wouldn't be able to fault the park or our stay. We loved it!

The location was perfect, right on the beach. We stayed in the spa villa, that was really clean. Beds comfortable! The coffee van in the beach car park was awesome and so convenient. We all LOVED the pool so much, it was so clean, so Crystal clear. Honestly the best pool I’ve swam in at any of the holiday parks/resorts I have stayed in.. The water slide was a lot of fun too! I really loved how kid friendly this place was and the fact the pool, splash zone and jumping pillow was open until dusk- big winner!! Other parks close theirs at 6pm in the middle of summer and school holidays which is very annoying… Bar beach is just around the corner and that is such a beautiful place to visit, nice and clean and great for the kids to swim in as there’s no waves to knock them over.. I will definitely be back, recommend this place 100%! Oh and the staff were lovely, so friendly too!!

I didn’t like that I had to leave to come back to reality 🤣 We wanted to stay longer…

We loved how cosy the place felt, the view was amazing and we loved the outdoor bath. This felt like a place we were happy to spend time in. We loved sitting on our private balcony.

Unfortunately as we stayed in the safari tent, the weather affected our stay. It was very very windy and the tent was loud and moving the whole first night. My partner and I did not sleep at all the first night. The second night was a little better but still very loud. I’d still recommend the experience but check weather first!

Location and staff. Really everything apart from the below issues.

Mattress on our queen bed was pretty shonky. Shower head could be cleaned of grime from the water jets, so it looks a little more appealing. Also the contact points on the bunk beds could do with a coat of paint to feel more welcoming for the guests. Arcade games took money twice from us without beginning the game. They are pretty out dated, maybe a service and card payment methods can be added to them.

I loved the beachy vibe. When we drive around the property is was cool to see the facilities they have for RVs. The room was clean and neat. Even though it is a bit dated but it wasn’t anything that bothered us. We had a comfortable stay and had everything we needed. Proximity to the beach and a solid location to see the sunrise was a plus. We arrived a day before our booking (my mistake with the booking) however the staff were so sweet and accommodated us even though we made a mistake.

Everything. We were very impressed with the exceptional presentation of the entire park. Staff were actively maintaining the grounds ensuring everything was up to standard. Staff were all VERY welcoming and accommodating. Great range of accommodation to choose from. Even though there were clearly lots of people on-site the way the park is laid out it did not feel busy (except the craft room on the one wet morning we had which restricted activity choices). Loved the range of activities to select from including the free craft activities for kids each day. Close access to beach, and local coffee van, which was an added bonus. The waterpark was a highlight for the kids. Hours of entertainment. We appreciated the text messages throughout our stay reminding us of events happening on-site (including movie night, wood-fire pizzas etc). There was so much to do that we barely left the campsite for our entire stay!!

The bed in our cabin was very soft - but understand this is a personal preference. The playground was small and did not meet a very broad age range. Main pool was not heated (which on the plus side meant there were never any crowds!)
