King size room was large and clean.

Out of the 4 nights we stayed, breakfast was good and plentiful except for one morning. I poured one cup of coffee and then the container was empty, so my partner didn’t get coffee. When I asked the employee if there would be more coffee made, she said you already have a full cup. I stated that my partner did not get any coffee. Other people were coming in looking for coffee also. She finally brought what appeared to be 1/2 pot of coffee which quickly ran out again. Most people enjoy at least 2 cups of coffee, but this particular employee decided one cup per person was enough.

Breakfast has top tier. The bed was so very comforable. The room was clean.

The staff are not the friendliest people. The day of checkout a house keeper knocked on the door like we owed money. Husband answered the door the housekeeper had her finger up her nose (literally) telling him there was a 9 am checkout! Husband said he really didn't understand what she was saying. He called the front desk and said that check out was 11. So not sure what that was about. My room had a view of the courtyard with a pool but there was no access to the pool and hotel does not advertise a pool. It is the first time I've stayed at hotel where part of the hotel is for guests and the other half are condos.

Overall, the hotel was good. I would stay again

Prior to my arrival I was in contact with the front desk, because I knew It would be late. When We got there is was 2 am. There was no one at the front desk for about 30 minutes. Then when we got to the room, everything appeared to be clean accept, a towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door as if someone had taken a shower. All of which was reported to the front desk. I did receive a credit for the arrival mishap an a apology for the bathroom.

The location was central to everything we needed. We stayed here due to other accommodations falling through. It was a blessing! The hospital was approximately 7 minutes away and there were restaurants within walking distance. The room was very spacious and the beds were soooo comfy that we slept like babies. Very clean! Breakfast was yummy as well. We will definitely return for another visit!

There was only one elevator working at the time and parking was hit and miss due to so many reserved spots already taken. Also, there was no sign letting us know to enter a parking garage to get to the hotel entrance. This was very confusing since our GPS told us we arrived and yet we saw no sign and so we kept driving.

It was a gorgeous room, the complementary breakfast was top notch with many many options one of the best complementary breakfasts at a hotel!! There was an issue when checking in some confusion with the site I booked on and because my trip had been postponed due to flight being cancelled. Staff was excellent and upgraded our room for the delay even though it was NOT an issue that was caused by the hotel!! I will stay here every time I come to New Orleans now!!

Parking was a bit tricky for first time guests! But nothing a huge deterrent for me!

The staff at this place was wonderful nice and willing to make your stay the best all of them I would name names but I would feel bad if I left out one. The front desk people were very hospitable and accommodating. The ladies who serve the breakfast were a true blessing and don’t forget the house keeping and maintenance were very pleasant and helpful also. My room was very clean and comfortable.

Nothing I liked it all!!!!

The breakfast was great, especially the staff work extremely helpful. I thought that the senior living meets hotel concept was brilliant. I thought it was a beautiful thing to engage with the residents at breakfast. The fitness center was clean and nice. The location was quite convenient and accessible to everything we needed.We enjoyed our overall stay and will return.

We thought that the parking was limited. The facilities needed some maintenance. The ice machine on our floor was not working nor the floor below it. The shower door in our suite would not open completely. We had to squeeze into the shower. The pictures on the website implied that there was a garden veranda and pool access. But it turns out that was for the residents and that wasn't very clear on the website, which did lead to somewhat of a disappointment. However it was not a deal breaker for our return.

Every time I stay it's for work (traveling medical staff). The overnight concierge is sooooo thorough when directing me to my room and where to park. He's always happy to see visiting customers and is very very polite. With several other hotels around Copeland Tower....I choose this one for him. He's very warm and welcoming. The rooms are ALWAYS comfortable and showers hitha spot. Whether you're traveling alone or with family, this is the place to be.

The lighting on the parking floors can be brighter. There's a lot of dark spots in the garage area.

The breakfast was yummy with a good amount of options. We easily found a place to park our car in the garage. Our room was clean and comfortable and the hotel was quiet which gave us a pleasant nights sleep. The check in was quick and I would stay here again as well as recommend it to others.

There was glass in a couple stalls in the parking garage. The elevators were busy and took a long time. The foyer was roped off for permanent residents only.

Breakfast was good.. had a variety of foods to choose from and the 2 attendants were very nice, friendly and helpful!! I'm sorry that I forgot to ask their names

The volume on the TV was not working so I had to call for the maintenance person to come in to fix it and within an hour after checking in, our key (card) would not unlock the door.. Therefore, I had to go back downstairs to get another one
