The hotel absolutely exceeded my expectations. I spent 4 nights (long weekend) at the hotel as I attended a concert on Saturday at the stadium metropolitano. The location was very important to me, to have 'direct' access to and from the stadium, to have an easy return after the event (i.e. direct metro line to the stadium) . There are 3 other metro lines in front of the hotel and a few more within a short walk. One line right in front of the hotel brings you to the city center (SOL) in less than 15 minutes. With this line you can also reach the bullring, if you attend one show. Also easy access to the Bernabeu. There is a supermarket a few steps from the hotel, which is open 24/7 if you wanna grab some water etc. Ahead of my arrival I asked for a quiet room and I have never slept so well at a hotel before. The room was super super super quiet, no noise from the street (only other guests were slamming the doors starting at 7am, even though you could have closed the room door silently..., but it is not the hotel's fault). The bed is OMG, extremely comfortable and big. The room was always spotless clean and the bathroom also very modern with walk in shower. At the reception everybody is extremely nice and kind. I would definitely choose this hotel again. Got a few tears in my eyes when I left the hotel and I was on my way to the airport. This hotel has everything you need for a perfect weekend. Not directly in the center but very very close and with easy access, quiet rooms with the best beds ever.

If I needed to mention something then probably I would say that probably a bit more variety for breakfast would be great. Some fresh veggies not only baked stuff and different type of cereals, a better bread selection and a bit more local products and. Spain has nice pastries :) But for 4 days it was perfect.

Overall, an excellent facility – very modern and clean, with a perfectly comfortable bed, an excellent bathroom, and nice staff.

1. Strange room coffee – only small espresso cups, only one capsule per day free, and no possibility to order a normal big cup of coffee in the room! 2. Even when the electricity in the room is off when you are gone, the power sockets should still remain active so you can charge your devices! Also, the AC system should normally work day and night in a hot city as Madrid is, and not only when you are in the room with the room card in the socket.

Nice rooms, very large, comfortable beds. I was on high floor, with a nice view. Personnel was kind and welcoming. Inner garden adds a very nice touch. Perfect location for my needs. I enjoyed my stay and would come back.

While the breakfast buffet was varied and very good, the two Nespresso coffee machines with two outlets each were rarely both working 100%, for a variety of reasons (water tank to be refilled, descaling necessary...). Often one had to queue up to get a cup of coffee. Breakfast starts at 8 on weekends and since I had to leave exactly at 8, I missed breakfast on the last day. I asked for a little flexibility to get just a croissant and a coffee a few minutes before but they showed no flexibility.

The room service option was way below standard of hotel. Looked like an in-house service at first, but an outside phone number made it clear that outside service. Prices at restaurant level and not too warm food in cardboard wrapping and plastic knife and fork. My advice is to find a restaurant outside instead.

Located closely to subway station Quatro Caminos and a bus station with direct busses to the university. Nice, clean and comfortable room. Good windows, so it was still calm inside despite outside traffic. Breakfast was ok, but not outstanding.

It's a pity that they don't provide a single cup of coffee for free although there is a coffee maker in the room. Overall, they pretend to pay attention to sustainability, but then the coffee machine in the breakfast room is also using capsules, which produce a large amount of waste.

We stayed at VP Sogno Metropolitano for one night (July 19–20). The location was very convenient for us, the room was spacious, clean, and well equipped with everything we needed. The service was excellent, with very attentive and friendly staff. There is some construction nearby, but since we stayed during the weekend, it was quiet and comfortable. A great choice for staying in Madrid.

the location is very nice 3 minutes walk to Cuatro Caminos metro station.

they charged me €5 for coffee pods for the nespresso machine in the room. at least coffee and milk should be complimentary when you are paying €150 per night

Very clean and contemporary hotel. Great location near the Bernabéu Stadium and Metro station to get around Madrid, reasonably priced. Beds we comfy and the room was very well appointed. We didn’t try any food / drink / facilities so couldn’t comment on those.

Not a particularly nice part of the city and not a very welcoming entrance area with a couple of street bars / cafes on a main road.

Excellent room, enough space for me and my brother. Our room faced a nice view of the city and I loved the small balcony! Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

Nothing! Everything was wonderful!! The location was close to everything and it was very easy to navigate the train. There were a couple of grocery stores close by and a great breakfast cafe a couple of doors down.

Great location. Only steps from the Metro, making it easy to explore the city. We also chose this location because it is close to where our daughter is staying during a study abroad semester. The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Everything was very clean. The staff were helpful and friendly and spoke proficient English. We did not opt for the included breakfast so I can't speak to that. In general, we had a great stay!
