Great location. Clear instructions, place to leave tge luggage. You don't see any staff, but it works well and there is a nice contact via whatsapp. Location is really good. Nice restaraunts nearby and great connection to 2 key metro lines and other transportation. Nice facilities, very clean. Nice shower, kitchen and beds. All was great. And again - perfect location!

There is a nice elevator in the building, but you need to walk half floor up to get to it and then half floor down or up to get to your floor. No problem for young people, but for instance for my mother who walks with sticks, it was an issue. Not a critical issue.

Very clean, lots of towels laid out with care, appeared as described. Excellent price. The area wasn't super quaint or packed with things to do but there is a Dia supermarket two doors down so it was a perfect place to stay our last night before flying home. Metro nearby that could take you to tourist sites if this is your main vacation home, but we found the subway took a little time, was hot and crowded, and was a lot of up, down, and all around to change lines if needed.

The digital access made things easy but not meeting any personnel was a little unnerving (we are probably just not used to fully digital experience with codes).

The location was great for me and everything important was walking distance. Metro was nearby. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Customer service replied to my e-mails really quickly.

It was a bit confusing how to check-in, especially since I was traveling all day and couldn't use the Internet. Eventually I found out that check-in is done online but the link for it didn't work when sent through booking.com. So there was a lot of trouble for me to get the door code. My room had a weird smell in it so I had to keep the windows open. Unfortunately couldn't keep them open 24/7 because it was really cold in the evenings. The room was also pretty cold since I'm not used to using ACs. The walls are really thin so you can hear all your neighbours and everybody in the hallways. If you want to check-in earlier, you have to pay extra.

Good location: San Bernardo metro station is 100 m away. Sol is also at walking distance 20 minutes. Our apartment was on the 3 floor, but there is an elevator. Studio-type apartment with main amenities. Two separate beds in the bedroom and one sofa bed in the dinning area. Main disadvantage is unstable supply of hot water. Toster didn't work. There could be more things in the kitchen, e.g. scissors, salt, oil, etc. Creaking flor in the bedroom.

The Place is less than 15 minutes walking distance from Gran Via and Placa de España. Based in Malasaña, a barrio with nice choice of bars and restaurants. Our apartment was spacious with 2 nice terraces: we enjoyed 3 nights in 5 people. Very quiet during the night. The apartment was charm and nice. The kitchen is well equipped, possibility to have dinner inside or in the terrace. Huge shower. Definitely worth to stay. Staff was friendly and gave us bigger apartment because the cleaning was not yet finished.

Nothing to suggest: we had everything we were looking for!

1. The location. 2. How compact and efficient the space was, there was everything one could need, nothing too much or too little. 3. The staff was also very helpful and responsive. 4. The kitchen is well equipped and there are 2 supermarkets round the corner.

The only disadvantage of our room was the lack of proper daylight, especially in the mornings it was hard to tell if it was daytime already.

Very easy to contact the host over Whatsapp. They answer very quickly. Everything great, the apartment is set with a nice taste, the staircase is impressive, old&modern at the same time, love it! And the balcony view in the morning something to enjoy with a cup of tee in a hand. The apartment is close to the metro station and within a 10/15 mins walk from the Gran Via or Plaza de Espana. strongly recommend !

There is a coffee machine but there are no capsules for it, within a price it would be great to find couple of them, same for salt and pepper. There is a smell from the tubs which isn't great, especially in the morning or when the app is closed all day.

Location was very good.Few minutes walking to the center,close to two metro stations.Beds were very comfortable and apartment was well equipped and clean.It is very good there are lockers you can leave your baggage if you have flight in the late afternoon

We have a problem with code for entrance in building,we have wrong code.We solve that quickly but we came in the early afternoon,and reception was working.It will be biggest problem we came after 4 p.m.

This was by far the BEST stay we had in our Iberian trip. Nice location, and we didn't expect the place to be bigger than what we saw in the picture. Clean and IG worthy rooms. Nice open space for bfst/dinner, and super accessible to groceries, attractions and metro.

There was leak when it rained, but not so much and manageable. I didn't see the cups and plates :-( that we could use during our stay. I messaged the property and they said it was in the cabinet, but i did not find. But we managed to get disposables in the nearby grocery store.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Madrid! The location was perfect, with the metro just a few minutes away, making it incredibly easy to get around the city. There were also several supermarkets nearby, which made grocery shopping very convenient. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking to explore Madrid with ease and convenience!
