This property has a secure place to store your luggage. As our flight got in early (6am) it was super helpful to have the on site luggage storage. Hindsight...I should have booked as checking in the day before my arrival and let the property know I would be checking in a day late. We were so tired but could not check in until 3pm...not the property fault. The apartment is set up as a studio apartment with a loft downstairs. The living room and kitchen are together where the couch doubles as a bed with a pull out twin trundle and the couch can sleep another person...There is a small toilet and sink in this area as well. You go downstairs to the "loft" which had three twin beds and the toilet and shower with washing machine only. The apartment is clean and it was nice to have the washing machine. There is also a small balcony that overlooks some lower balconies and buildings...there is no view. The apartment had air-condition and it was quiet. The air conditioning worked really well because our boys said it was cold downstairs. There was also ample blankets and pillows. I would stay here again knowing what I now know.

This apartment is a few blocks from the metro. There is not many restaurants or shopping close by. There is a bar that is right next door so I would question getting in late at night or early morning. We got in at 6am and a guy was outside already a good bit tipsy. He did not bother us but we didn't stay out late so I can't account if it gets rowdy.

Great location. Clear instructions, place to leave tge luggage. You don't see any staff, but it works well and there is a nice contact via whatsapp. Location is really good. Nice restaraunts nearby and great connection to 2 key metro lines and other transportation. Nice facilities, very clean. Nice shower, kitchen and beds. All was great. And again - perfect location!

There is a nice elevator in the building, but you need to walk half floor up to get to it and then half floor down or up to get to your floor. No problem for young people, but for instance for my mother who walks with sticks, it was an issue. Not a critical issue.

Brilliant location - about 20 minute walk to the centre of Madrid, very close to metro and bus stations and supermarket next door. Well-equipped kitchen with coffee machine, microwave, oven etc. Great service from the hosts who always answered queries quickly through Whatsapp. Super helpful to have access to luggage lockers in the basement on check-in/check-out days.

It's a huge old building so lots of stairs (there is a lift but it stops halfway between floors so you will still have to climb a small flight of steps) and noise carries easily, but we didn't find this to be a problem.

Very clean, lots of towels laid out with care, appeared as described. Excellent price. The area wasn't super quaint or packed with things to do but there is a Dia supermarket two doors down so it was a perfect place to stay our last night before flying home. Metro nearby that could take you to tourist sites if this is your main vacation home, but we found the subway took a little time, was hot and crowded, and was a lot of up, down, and all around to change lines if needed.

The digital access made things easy but not meeting any personnel was a little unnerving (we are probably just not used to fully digital experience with codes).

Everything was perfect, the accommodations were in very good condition and you have everything you need for your trip, from sleeping to cooking or only watching tv, it was perfect. The location was also perfect, very close t the train and also 15 minutes walking to gran via. Also at the next house there is a very tasty restaurant I highly recommend. Very friendly costumer service too.

I received a message with lock box instructions as soon as room was ready. The room (1D) was perfect with a comfortable bed, a little kitchenette and a nice bathroom. No window view, but that was not an issue for me. The location was great, easy stroll into town. Great neighborhoord across the street with many restaurants where you find the locals, at #73 is a great gin bar! I had booked 2 walking tours, and they both departed from Puerto del Sol, which was a 20 minute walk from the apartment. Perfect!

Blowdryer only had cold air.

Good location. Lots of restaurants, convenience stores and supermarkets. Safe neighborhood. Friendy staff Apartment was very confortable, spacious. Beds were 10/10.

We had problems with the rooms a/c of the rooms the first night. Heat was unbearable. They sent someone to help in 40 mins but he couldn't They fixed the next day. Ironing table but no iron Electric stove couldn't get it to work. Maybe some printed instructions will be helpful. One of the walls in the terrace hall had humidity stains.

The location was great for me and everything important was walking distance. Metro was nearby. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Customer service replied to my e-mails really quickly.

It was a bit confusing how to check-in, especially since I was traveling all day and couldn't use the Internet. Eventually I found out that check-in is done online but the link for it didn't work when sent through booking.com. So there was a lot of trouble for me to get the door code. My room had a weird smell in it so I had to keep the windows open. Unfortunately couldn't keep them open 24/7 because it was really cold in the evenings. The room was also pretty cold since I'm not used to using ACs. The walls are really thin so you can hear all your neighbours and everybody in the hallways. If you want to check-in earlier, you have to pay extra.

The apartment has excellent location with easy access from the airport by bus and metro. The neighborhood is quiet with lots of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The amenities are more than enough to feel like home. The company that hosts the property provides locker to store the luggage if you need. Friendly staff is at your disposal during the stay. This is our apartment for future visits in Madrid for sure. Strongly recommend.

Good location: San Bernardo metro station is 100 m away. Sol is also at walking distance 20 minutes. Our apartment was on the 3 floor, but there is an elevator. Studio-type apartment with main amenities. Two separate beds in the bedroom and one sofa bed in the dinning area. Main disadvantage is unstable supply of hot water. Toster didn't work. There could be more things in the kitchen, e.g. scissors, salt, oil, etc. Creaking flor in the bedroom.
