Great Location, spacious rooms, comfortable beds. We have been choosing AC Hotel for our last 3 visits to Montreal, mostly because the rooms are huge, clean and are carpet free. The hotel is around the corner from the government building and you can park your car there for a convenient fee. You have plenty of restaurant walking distance from the hotel. Location is great.

Pool was a bit cold, also to be honest the people stay in the jacuzzi forever so it gets too crowded and unpleasant, but thats not the hotel fault, it is the guest’s common sense, same with the sauna. Otherwise the Hotel is great.

Spacious room. The hotel is in the city center, close to Chinatown and also within easy reach of Old Montreal. The hotel is modern.

Even on the 10th floor, the room is relatively noisy from the main street, the windows are poorly insulated, and you cannot let fresh air into the room. I once placed a room service order at 9 pm. – the staff couldn't find time to bring the food to my room at that time, because they need to cleanup the restaurant– so I went to get it myself.

We were only in Montreal for 4 nights. Fantastic location, near an excellent shopping complex, restaurants, and the Place des Arts, as well as only 15 to 20 mins walk from the harbour. The hotel was large and comfortable, and the room was brilliantly spacious and well laid out. The swimming pool and whirlpool were great sizes, too. There was an ice machine on every floor (we were on the 10th), which was handy for both ice packs and drinks! The terrace on floor 12 was a fantastic viewpoint for seeing the surrounding city. We were able to see how close Notre Dame Basilica and the harbour were! The staff we encountered were friendly when approached.

The front desk was far away from the elevators, so greeting staff daily was difficult. This meant there was a slightly impersonal feel. (Once approached, the staff were friendly). Being there for 4 nights, we needed housekeeping only once. Our used drinking glasses were not taken, and clean ones were not given, so we had to call down for them. (The glasses were handed to us in silence, and despite us saying thank you, the staff member just left). The carpeted hotel elevator floor was dirty/ stained. We extended our check out to 1pm with Max, but another staff member called our room at 12:30pm to tell us we had not checked out at 12.

This is my third stay. The location is great. The high ceilings make the room seem bigger. The pool is great, the hot tub is a great size but could be hotter. I wish there were pool towels at the pool. We had to go back to our rooms to get ours. Parking is tight. We had a Tesla. The hotel states 4 EV charging stations. There are four parking spots but 1 charger for two spots. We had to go down to the parking lot numerous times to check if the other car was complete. It would just be more efficient if the front desk had told us what time we should expect to connect our car to start the charge.

It was close to everything we wanted to see. A lot of places to walk to.

The snow covered the outdoor walkways which didn’t let us walk around. It would have been nice to walk around the building without potentially falling. Also the front door entrance near the Main Street was closed and we had to go around the back if we wanted to go in and out. Also the sauna was so hot that we could not enjoy being in it. There should be a temperature control that didn’t continually give heat.

The room, and accompanied bathroom was incredibly spacious. We loved the modern feel, and the wood floor in front of the beds (as dancers!), while still keeping a comfortable carpet space where the beds were! The windows provided a gorgeous view of the skyline even on the 8th floor, and the blackout curtains were excellent. My coffee-loving friend enjoyed the Nespresso machine that came with the room; the robes were quilted comfy material, the room came with pool towels, and the view from the indoor pool area (on the 12th floor) was a sight to behold. We enjoyed catching the sun on the indoor pool deck and whirlpool! One of my friends can't swim so he was happy that the bigger pool was not deep (max 45"). I also sent in a special request to have the staff print out some funny memes about turning 30 and a little treat for my friend (we were celebrating his birthday) and they really pulled through. They also happily stored our bags for us on the last day, and we had a later check out time at 12 pm. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily stay here again for next year's Montreal Salsa Convention! Way better than the DoubleTree the event was being held at across the street!

There was not bathtub in our room, but the rainshower was heavenly. No other complaints! I am sure if you asked you could get a room with a tub.

The Hotel is in great location walking distance to metros . It’s all also walking distance to Quartier de spectacles very happening place . Complex des Jardin is also opposite side of the hotel . Modern hotel with new furnitures , great lobby with lot of sitting space , the restaurant has good choice of food . The gym and other faculties are nice . The best thing in this hotel are the staff , they are awesome always trying to accommodate request and help ! Saima in front desk and Jermah helped me find a better room and accommodated my request . I am very thankful to them for the help .

The bathroom in some rooms have a very diffrent layout ! The sink is inside the room without wall or barrier ! The toilet has a separate small room . The standing shower is also a separate unit . Not like the conventional bathroom . They also have regular full size bathroom which is quite large with adequate facilities .

We really liked the location. Downtown, Oldtown, and easy access to subway stations. Shopping and restaurants are really close by. The room was clean and we liked the convenience of the elevators going straight to the parking garage downstairs which made checking in and out, easy.

I didn't like the fact my shower and toilet were not within the same space. It was as if closets were converted into the shower and toilet. That was the only thing we did not like, but it wasn't a deal breaker by any means.

The staff were very friendly. The room was spacious, the beds were very comfortable and it had a lovely bathroom. The pool and jacuzzi were excellent, I could lap swim up and down the pool as it was a long pool. It also had a sauna which was great. The underground parking was brilliant.

The parking was expensive, and we had a silly glass slider on the bathroom, that allowed odour and sounds too travel, not ideal for the family. No tea bags supplied, only coffee.

The hotel is secured and served with professionalism and kindness. I stayed at the hotel with comfort. The hotel and room was well cleaned and arranged, having tea, coffee, and water bottles. It is located in downtown, still I used a day pass for public transportation and a city tour, which was a nice choice.

Nothing special. Thank you for the secure service!
