*The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and caring, making our stay enjoyable and stress-free. *Snorkeling was fantastic! The coral reef is conveniently close to the beach, and we were lucky enough to spot an octopus. *The room had a breathtaking view, and the sunsets were unforgettable. *The heated pool was nice, especially in cool weather. *Breakfast croissants with honey are a must-try, as is the delicious seafood at Nelson Restaurant’s à la carte menu. *Fjord Bay is just a 12-minute drive from the hotel, perfect for a quick getaway.

There wasn’t much variety in the food and drink options, but the quality was good.

We recently stayed at Steigenberger Hotel in Taba from July 3rd to 6th, 2025, for a family getaway with four families—including ours, with three daughters. We booked a sea-view family room, while the other families stayed in three sea-view standard rooms. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home thanks to the warm welcome from Ahmed and Mahmoud Emad, who made the check-in process fast, easy, and genuinely heartfelt. Their kindness was a beautiful way to start our vacation. Our room was clean, spacious, and had an incredible view. It included a queen bed and a twin bed—not ideal for five, but the staff went above and beyond to help us rearrange the furniture and make the space more comfortable. Dining & Food 🍽️ The food throughout our stay exceeded expectations compared to similar hotels in the area. • Breakfast was a highlight: fresh omelets, waffles, pancakes, a wide selection of vegetables, and traditional options. • Lunch had fewer options but featured family favorites like hamburgers, nuggets, and pizza at the snack bar. • Dinner was the best of all—plentiful choices, flavorful dishes, and delicious desserts that left everyone satisfied. Pools & Activities 🏖️ There are two pools—one saltwater and one freshwater—both extremely kid-friendly, safe, and well maintained. We always found seating, and the lifeguard was attentive, especially with the children, which gave us great peace of mind. We spent many hours at the Kids Club, where the staff member there (a very kind young woman) was lovely and welcoming to kids of all ages. The area was safe, clean, and well-equipped with a range of toys and activities. Entertainment & Celebrations 🎉 While we didn’t visit the spa, we did attend the night shows, which were fun and amusing. One of the most memorable moments of our stay was celebrating our father’s birthday.

It is a very exceptional experience. My family and I wished that we could stay more. The front desk manager Mr. Adel Said was very helpful and the entire reception team was kind and supportive. Regarding the food, it is very delicious and the variety was marvellous. About Nelson Restaurant at the Steigenberger Hotel & Nelson Village in Taba: Welcoming & friendly staff. Mr Ali Amin and Chief Osama Farag gave us a very good experience. The most delicious food I have ever had in a restaurant. I advise all Egyptians to go and visit TABA. It is the most relaxing place. The staff of the hotel wishes to see Egyptians there.

Yusef was very welcoming and so was the rest of the reception crew. It was very nice to see smiling faces and a warm welcome in genral after a long walk crossing the border. when I left, Karim was very pleasent and quick to check me out of my room. Will come back again for sure!

I did not know that Eygept did not change 1 hour back yet in their time zone and I missed breakest in 1 hour as a result of mis-matching clock on my phone. I brought it up to the reception and did not recieve any kind of compensation. other than that, everything was very pleasing and peaceful in the hotel environment.

My experience at Nelson Restaurant in Steigenberger Hotel & Nelson Village was very disappointing. The wait time for our food was excessively long, and several dishes served did not match what we had ordered. To make matters worse, the final bill was full of errors, including charges for dishes that were mistakenly prepared and mix-ups between different families' orders. The entire billing process was confusing and unprofessional. I hope management takes steps to improve the service and billing accuracy, as this negatively impacted our dining experience

All the facilities in the hotel are amazing. The staff starting from the front desk, restaurant, the pool, the bar and the house keeping are very helpful. The sense of hospitality is very high. They have great customer service. Will totally recommend this place and will definitely revisit once come to Egypt.

The hotel is very nice, clean, beds are comfortable. The hotel staff in general are very attentive, polite and service oriented, breakfast is good with big variety. I have to mention Osama at the Nelson beach snack bar, Osama is very polite, service oriented and have very good attitude to guests even the unpleasant ones :)

Verry High exchange rate when you pay in shekels the difference is 20% and more the best would be paying in $ !! Dinner at the dinning wasn't good, there was variety but the taste and quality are very low quality.

The location was exceptional, you can relax on the beach while enjoying clear views of three different countries. The staff were incredibly supportive, with special thanks to Mohammed Anis for his constant smile, warm welcome and the free upgrading for my room. The room was spotlessly clean, and the excellent sound insulation created a peaceful environment that made it easy to unwind

The food can be better , we payed 40 shekels for 2 redbull . The beer is bad , there is nothing to eat on the beach without paying during the day expect for that one hour .
