The young lady that checked us in was very sweet and accommodating! We had a great room on the 2nd floor facing the water with a small deck. The view was great! The bed was comfy and the room was clean. The continental breakfast was pretty light, but got us on the road.

The shower rod had been moved over and reinstalled and there were 2 large black holes left open in the wall where the rod had been located previously. Not terribly appealing while you are showering. We also didn't know that every vehicle that drives over the bridge by the hotel will run over a metal plate on the road and make a clunking noise.

They only provide two towels & coffee for one night. It’s a damp climate & towels don’t dry overnight. We had to go to the front desk each day to request coffee so we could make it in our room. Also the “free” breakfast was very low quality….overcooked hard boiled eggs, dried out mini muffins & one flavor of yogurt. Right now I’m in a mid-range hotel (chain) that is providing fresh scrambled eggs, sausage & potatoes along with wide assortment of pastries.

It was in an awesome location! Close to the beach, dunes, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. The staff was absolutely amazing! Cute hotel, and clean. The laundry was free…which is AMAZING!

The only thing I would have to complain about is the parking. It was hard to find parking on location if you are out late roaming the town.

The staff were nice and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and you can't beat the location, right next to all the shops and restaurants and right on the river!

The cabinet the microwave and fridge were in was really hard to open, like the door was slightly off track. The towel rack was inside the shower, which seemed to work fine, but was a little weird.

Beautiful. We had a room with a view of the river and the bridge. It was beautiful weather so we took advantage of the balcony from our room

The breakfast could be upgraded. Not really what we would classify as a breakfast but there are other places to eat in Florence

Great location, can park at hotel and walk easily around downtown stores and restaurants. Also river there to walk along and enjoy. Short easy drive to ocean. Hotel was great. Quiet, super clean, and helpful, friendly staff. They just started up breakfast again, and it was good.

All went well and enjoyed stay.

Loved the riverfront and the breakfast and the location.

Had horrible problems with the Wyndham checkin software that kept overcharging my credit card and was very limited in flexibility.

Pleasant staff, complimentary washer and dryer, lots of stores both in walking and driving distance. I wish we were able to get a room of the river, however wonderful time had by all. Thank you.

Unable to turn on the air, the heat was on in our room and we went out, did not realize our luggage was next to a heat vent, smelled burning which was actually my luggage against that🥴

It was clean and a great location for walking to many local shops/boutiques and lots of yummy places to eat and great views of the bay. Staff was friendly and super helpful and it was quiet and relaxing. A great place to stay and we will be back!

They don’t have air conditioning (not that you probably need it most of the year) but a fan you plug in. It was fine and we were comfortable, it was just a surprise. The T.V. was difficult to use but we spent most of our time outside exploring so it was fine.

Excellent friendly and helpful staff made an important impact. The location is perfect for walking around Old Town. Easy parking made getting in and out convenient. Clean and comfortable accommodations made for a relaxing stay overall.
