Everything about this hotel was exceptional. The staff were friendly, cheerful, and knowledgeable about the area and the hiking trail I was looking for. Unfortunately due to a freak snow storm in May I wasn't able to do it but that's not on them. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. It honestly may have been the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in. That's not an exaggeration, it was that comfortable. Breakfast was pretty standard but a lot of options that should satisfy everyone. Value for what I paid was fantastic. The room and facilities I would have expected to pay more honestly. Really though, the staff are the highlight. Just fun people to talk to. Not the robotic "name, Driver's license' credit card, here's your room" interaction at many other hotels.

A minor issue with the microwave in my room not working. But easily fixed by using the one in the lobby.

The hotel is exceptionally clean and comfortable. The covered parking accommodations are a plus! The kudos definitely go out to the staff! Background - We were displaced from our original accommodation due to an emergency evacuation. After completing an online reservation I called and explained our situation to Liz. She assured us we could come right away, eat breakfast, and expedited our room with housekeeping so we could check in early, and complete our day. Liz at the front desk was hands-down one of the best ever encountered! Every member of the team during our stay was incredibly helpful and friendly! I’ve been in customer service for over 20 years, and Liz is exceptional at what she does!

The breakfast was the best I had ever had at any Hampton Inn ! The staff was phenominal ,especially the lady who worked the 3-11 pm shift ,I can't remember her name , but she had long beautiful Red hair

The beds were a little too firm for my liking , however my bed at home is a foam mattress ,so it was understandable

From the minute we arrived, the customer service was excellent. Don was working the front desk, so helpful and knowledgeable about things to do and see in the area. Our room was wonderful, very clean. The hotel was bright, colorful, and cheery.

Honestly, I don't think there was one thing we didn't like about our stay

We love staying here. Clean, friendly, comfortable, good breakfast, great location, love the covered parking option. This is not our first time staying here and we will be staying here again

The only thing I can say negatively would be that we paid extra for the view of the city, and there was a huge piece of metal that had come off the roof hanging in our view.

Staff is wonderful, very accommodating and efficient! The breakfast is also great even for a hangover lol. This was my first time using the fitness room and I was impressed, very neat organized and they have more equipment than most hotels I've stayed at! This is by far the best hotel in lead, I recommend staying here to anyone and everyone! Thank you to the staff for the amazing stay I appreciate it!

this hotel was probably our best experience of all others we’ve stayed at. each & every staff we encountered were friendly & accommodating, rooms were very clean & loved the larger walk-in shower. breakfast was good & the morning attendant was fun to visit with & she always asked if there was anything she could get for us & even cleared our table when we were done. definitely will use this hotel again if the need arises.

The facilities were new and very clean. Front desk staff was super friendly. Room was spacious and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was hot and delicious! Will definitely stay here again when we are in the area. Shuttle to Deadwood was an added bonus!

We loved the friendly lady at the front desk. She was so helpful and pleasant. The breakfast area was very clean and well organized and the lady working the kitchen was very nice. The man cleaning the bathroom and later vacuuming the front area was also helpful and friendly. The people working made our stay very pleasant.

Everything was pleasant & I really appreciated that they allowed my dog to stay as well. They even had 2 places (one on each end of the building) for me to take my dog out so she could relieve herself. Great views & very nice decor. Got to park inside a garage at no charge.
