Modern facilities and amenities. Very clean with all the comforts of a high class hotel. It had a clean reasonably equipped gym open late. Quiet. Coffee in the lobby 24 hours. Nice open area to sit or work on tables. I did some morning remote work from there. A very generous diverse and well prepared breakfast!

It is a hotel above a casino. You have to pull your luggage through the casino to get you your room. Not many late night eating locations nearby. Despite being a predominate hotel there was only the casino fast food to eat at night. The room was comfortable, but felt like you were confined there - or go to the Casino. We were there to visit the historic Deadwood. The view was of the parking lot and roads.

The place is modern, had a good breakfast, and the bed was comfortable. We had a valley facing side, so the view was very nice. You can easily walk into Deadwood, which is good because you have to pay to park anywhere you go. The workout facilities were very good. They have underground parking as well as above ground, and it costs the same. They give you 15% off meals at the on-site restaurants, and $15 to use in the casino, which are all on the 1st floor.

We were confused as to where to go. There are multiple motels on the same site, the casino is on the first floor, so you have to go in, find the elevator and go up to the 2nd level. You pay almost $16/day for parking. We've never gambled before, but after asking someone for help, we used the $15 on slots, and luckily won a few dollars which covered the parking.

The location of the hotel was very convenient as it was near downtown but still gave a rural impression. The ROI on the price asked was expectational as the accommodations were sleek and modern. Frankly, it was one of the best options within Deadwood for those looking for a more modern approach to lodging.

It seemed to be short-staffed on the day we were there. In addition, the parking lot was shared with multiple hotels so it was fairly congested. Along with congestion, the parking lot was partially under construction so it was a bit difficult to navigate at some points.

Convenient bathroom soap dispensers and well lit rooms. Nice atmosphere and cozy.

The only complaints I have is the beds were very uncomfortable and hard. I felt like I slept on the floor. Woke up stiff and sore. The other is it would have been nice to have a comfortable chair to sit in the room. A small chair was provided but not very comfortable and needed to be used as a side table as the only side table was between the the queen beds. If you were on the wrong side of the bed, you had no table to put things so had to use the chair.

Room decor is fresh! Bathrooms are clean and modern! Beds are very comfortable! Location is within walking distance of entertainment/shopping/history and the view is spectacular! Good atmosphere! Love the relaxing outdoor fire area!

Not happy to discover there was a daily parking fee that was not disclosed until the end of check in! AND we had a UTV from 9pm until 8am ONE night that we were charged parking for as well! Also, when we arrived back to the hotel on Friday night there was not a space immediately available! Staff was helpful but could’ve been friendlier- they don’t seem happy!

Scrambled eggs and sausage, pancakes, orange juice. Liked the cereal, bagels and english muffins.

Coffee was too hot, full of coffee grounds. The team hard a hard time keeping up with refilling the orange juice coffee and pancake mix. Bagel toaster confused the old people and really held up the line. would have been nice to have a sweet roll or doughnut. Also, no greek yogurt. only fruit was an apple. The rooms were small and not enough room to put suitcases off the floor. Also really missed having coffee pot for hot tea in the room. missed an end table on the out sides of the beds.

- Spacious and comfy room - Breakfast included - Location: walking distance to Deadwood historic old town; within Casino/ restaurant complex (however no noise from downstairs), hence very convenient if you wanted to gamble/ eat out - Main area (around reception; comfy chairs) and outside balcony with fireplace and nice mountain view

- One of the two rooms unfortunately was opposite of the ice machine, hence it was quite noisy during night (people getting ice cubes) - On top parking fee - Check-in wasn't very smooth (probably cause the staff member was quite new and just moved to the US)

The property was in a perfect location to see the sights that we wanted to see. The casino was fun and the hotel was just what we were looking for.

It was confusing to find the entry but once someone pointed it out to us we found it. The elevator also was confusing. Maybe there could be more clear entry signs and numbered elevator numbers.

We really enjoyed the cleanliness of the hard floors and rooms, especially for us keeping up after a husky mix. Most of the staff were super friendly, and I am so glad they greeted our dogs with such open arms. I will say though...the pancake machine, I'm going to miss that.

No complaints, just suggestions. It would be nice to have a swiffer in each room to help keep the floors clean so we don't bother housekeeping all the time. Secondly, the rooms need some recliners or couch and not just a rolling office chair.

Clean. Comfortable. Great breakfast. Welcoming staff. Nice pool/ hot tub although at other end of the casino. Casino didn’t smell like cigarette smoke. Art deco. Shuttle into town.

Lobby on second floor. Elevator confusing in that it’d take us to the third floor even though we had pushed the tru lobby.
