It was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. We really liked the room — it was very clean and very well organized. The service was excellent, and the staff took great care of us. They made restaurant reservations for us and gave us genuinely helpful information about the city, which made our trip much easier. We were able to find someone at the reception at any time of the day, which was very important for us. They arranged airport transfer for us, so we were able to reach the airport easily. The breakfast was nice, with a wide variety of food and drinks. Since it was located in the city center, we could easily get to the places we wanted to visit. The rooms and the interior of the hotel were very clean. There was also a museum in the hotel, and they gave us a short tour about the history of Uzbekistan, which was very nice. When we were leaving the hotel, they gave us a small surprise gift, which made us very happy. We would like to thank the staff at the reception who helped us and showed such care. Also, we will never forget the watermelon treat served every evening.

The Silk Road Empire Hotel was absolutely amazing. I have never seen staff members more dedicated to their guests as here. The room was spacious and clean, breakfast were more varieties, so everybody can find the perfect solution for him/herselfs. All sights were walking distance, restaurants and shops just around the corner. I would absolutely recommend this hotel for a stay in Samarkand.

We had the pleasure of staying at this exceptional hotel, and it truly exceeded all expectations! Tbh, they deserve more than 5 star rating. The moment we walked into the hotel, we were surrounded by the beauty and history of Uzbek heritage. Every corner of the room displayed intricate designs, vibrant textiles, and art that offered a genuine sense of the rich culture and traditions of Uzbekistan. It was like stepping into a mini museum, yet with the comfort and warmth of a home. The room are clean and great feeling like at home. The staff were absolutely wonderful, always going above and beyond with kindness and respect. They made us feel welcomed and valued throughout my stay. Their attention to detail and care was unparalleled, and they were always ready to offer helpful suggestions and assistance with a smile. They offered suggestions on highlights of the city and place to eat. As for the breakfast, it was a true delight. The spread offered an impressive variety of both local and international dishes, all fresh and delicious. From traditional Uzbek breads and pastries to savory items and refreshing fruits, there was something for every palate. It was the perfect way to start each day. A particularly thoughtful touch was the fresh fruit cuts they sent us during supper time—such a lovely surprise that made our stay feel extra special. This hotel is a hidden gem that beautifully combines heritage, comfort, and outstanding service. The provided us free transfer service to train station after check out. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and immersive experience! I definately will book this hotel again if i come to Samarkand. 200% recommended.

This hotel is the place you want to be in order to understand uzbek hospitality, tradition and culture. More than this ,room was very comfortable and the lounge zone like a nice and colorful museum .But the true value of this hotel are the people working here: Sardor,Damir or Muhammad ,simply happy to help you in any way they can .As we travelled in 51 countries, it is easy for us to say that this little hotel is one of our favourites!

This hotel is amazing! The decoration inside is wonderful with galleries full of historical items..it looks like you're staying in a museum. Even in the rooms there are splendid carpets. Everything works perfectly: internet, water, the bed is super comfy; everything is clean. Breakfast is a nice buffet with a lot of options. Furthermore the staff is crazily nice and helpful. They helped us with everything: transfers, reservation in restaurants. They even surprised us with complimentary gifts: fruits and wine in the room and a beautiful souvenir to take home during check out. It's been definetely the best experience we had so far in a hotel!

A team of young hosts strive to run a perfect 10 hotel, which they achieve quite well. The hallways are decorated like a museum, and there are daily "surprises" awaiting the guests. Over all this makes for a very pleasant stay in Samarkand.

Nothing really. If something ever went wrong, the hosts do their best to get it fixed immediately. Keep up the good efforts!

The staff left a lasting impression on us. They went above and beyond to make our stay a most memorable one! Thank you to everyone else too - the doorman, the driver, the lady who served us breakfast! The hotel location is superb. Many restaurants within walking distance. The hotel is beautifully decorated and super clean. We stayed in the quadruple room with 4 beds. The room is very spacious and very tastefully decorated. The bathroom is a bit small, but that didn't bother us much because everything else.was superb!

Hotel Silk Road Empire in Samarkand is truly one-of-a-kind, standing out on a global scale. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else when visiting this enchanting city. The entire property is tastefully designed in a “Silk Road” theme, with hallways featuring gallery-like displays of artifacts worthy of a museum. The rooms are exceptionally spacious, spotlessly clean, and uniquely decorated with various themes. We stayed in the “Alexander the Great” room, which was both luxurious and fascinating. Breakfasts were delicious and offered a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. However, what truly sets this hotel apart is its outstanding staff. They took care of every detail, from assisting with transfers to providing city tips, all with warm smiles and genuine kindness. A highlight of our stay was the celebration of our daughter’s 6th birthday. The staff surprised her with a cake, candles, a heartfelt rendition of “Happy Birthday,” and a small gift. It was a touching and unforgettable moment for our family. This hotel deserves nothing less than a perfect 10/10. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Samarkand!
