Very good accommodation. The rooms are clean, not exactly luxurious, the furniture is a bit retro, but it's totally fine. The bathroom is very clean and completely new. We stayed at the beginning of April when it was a bit colder outside, but the heating in the rooms was excellent—it was really warm. You can adjust the radiator however you like. They changed our towels as soon as we asked, and we got fresh ones immediately. The bed linen was clean. We didn’t go to the hotel restaurant, so we don’t know what the food is like. The metro station is very close, and we got to the city center in 15 minutes. There’s a DM store and a large supermarket nearby. If someone wants to go to the gym, there’s a huge, great-looking gym very close by. The hotel staff is very friendly. All in all, a great price-to-quality ratio for a hotel.

This hotel was a very nice surprise to us! It is maybe a bit dated, but everything is working perfectly all is functional and properly maintained. Our room was big enough, very comfortable and clean. Also the bathroom was spacious and properly clean. The big car park was a plus for us who had to drive around. I found the quality-price ratio excellent! Even though it is outside the tourist center of Berlin, the subway and tram are just a short walk away, so very easy to go around. There is no bar in the hotel, but they have very well-stocked vending machines, they offer a huge choice of beers and soft drinks.

Nothing to complain about

Room was good for a family of 3, additional bed (cot) was useful for toddler. Location was superb, close to all public transport modes and easy to navigate. Breakfast was great and extensive, different options every morning kept things interesting and sufficient.

No tea/ coffee facilities in rooms, no room service, only vending machines and a paid coffee machine in the lobby.

The room was very clean, staff very helpful and the hotel felt very welcoming. The room was great value for money with a beautiful view of the Berlin skyline from the 10th floor. We booked this hotel after a nightmare experience elsewhere in Berlin and could not be happier with the comfort and pleasantness of our stay. The location was a short walk from the U5 train into the city centre, great for tourists wanting to do some sightseeing.

Nothing, our stay was flawless.

Lovely room on the top floor overlooking the Tierpark, very green. Desk staff were friendly, parking was easy and convenient at the front of the hotel. We didn't eat there or use any of the other facilities (apart from a rather cool beer vending machine!), but there were a couple of supermarkets nearby which was handy. Also handy for the U-Bahn into the city centre and elsewhere on the east side of Berlin.

The room didn't have air con, though we were able to open the windows.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The room, bathroom, and bathtub were spotless. There was a Bible which we loved. No problem with parking the car. It is around 20 minutes to get to the center by car.

Very soft pillow. We didn't get a double bed and we also didn't go down and ask for one because we could just push the two single beds together, problem solved. There was not a one-time pair of slippers, but I guess almost all hotels are like that. overall a GREAT stay. This is NOT a bad review.

Elevator closest to our room out of order. View from third floor room to the back...towards a (albeit quiet) trainyard not inspiring. They could have awed us as first time guests by a 10th floor room with a view.

The rooms are very spacious and the location close to the subway. The price is ok

They asked me if I wanted cleaning every day or every other day. I chose the two-day option but they didn't come once in the room to pick up the garbage for 4 days. Not to clean the room for 4 days is exaggerated for a 4 star hotel

- not centrally located, but no problem, since there´s a subway and bus station nearby - friendly staff (housekeeping & reception) - the hotel corridor looked quite oldschool, but the room itself was furnished in a modern way (slept really well in the bed and the bath room was also spacious) - my first time seeing a device which can be used to "iron" your trouser legs :)

Spacious room with nice view from huge window. Bathroom with bathtub. The appartment and bath were clean, beds were very comfortable. Soundproof door was a advantage. Quite close to U-bahn station. Furniture and decor are from 90's, but they are well-kept, everything was working well. Free parking next to hotel, but you have to find available space to park.
