We have been coming here since our kids - now adult parents - were younger. So, it IS an older hotel. However, it is kept clean, the beds are so comfortable, and we love the showers! The breakfast is always great, has a variety of choices from proteins to fresh fruits, and the tables are clean! The coffee was very good and smooth. A tidy room and eating area are important to us. While we do not have the kids who loved to pile into the British phone booth out front, we still have reasons to enjoy coming here. It is close to so many restaurants and shopping places, we always try something new. For this stay, we discovered Jason's Deli, which has amazing beef and cheddar subs that come with au jus for dipping. Delicious! They also have FREE soft-serve ice cream! Our room was between the ice dispenser area and the elevators. Perfect. It was quiet and we rested well. Thank you for another nice stay!

One of the attendants at the front desk needs to make sure to brush her teeth! Otherwise, everyone else was clean, very nice, and attentive. The Hilton chains need to offer Stevia sweetener! Those pink, yellow, and blue sweeteners are carcinogens!

The breakfast was great. There were so many choices and all were delicious. The hot breakfast items included eggs, sausage, waffles, hash browns and oatmeal. There were three different types of cereal, cut fresh fruit, whole fruit, and yogurt. There were varieties of juice, coffee and water. Another nice thing is the hotel gives you bottled water on check in.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable. It felt like the mattress was worn.

Location (close to family), outdoor pool (pool floats, kick boards included), sitting area around pool with grill, firelace and tv, 24 hour tea, coffee, etc., water provided at check in, breakfast (good variety) and 11 check out a plus. The staff was pleasant and welcoming. A welcome text is sent as well. The decor of the hotel was nice.

🤔 I'm thinking...the towel hook broke in the bathroom. Reported it in the welcome text, and they offered to come fix it, I declined. So, 🤷‍♀️

I got some of the best sleep I've had in a long time. So good that I wanted to just stay in bed each morning. Once up though, we were glad that the hotel location was just minutes away from the Mall and other locations that we were visiting. The front desk staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our pooch loved our visit as well. Recommended !

I did love it was close enough to the hospital for me a 10-12 min drive amazing location right next to the mall and a lot of food choices in the area and close to the freeway and no more than a 15 min drive to see any museums so the location was a amazing

I wish the pool was heated other than that you can’t win all still plenty of fun things to do for the family

Breakfast was very good. Selection was good. Staff was very nice.

The bath tub could have been a little cleaner. There was hair in the tub, and it looked a little dirty. Could have been scrubbed a tad bit more. The bed spreads were thin. There a shower curtain but no liner. There was no shower gel in the dispenser.

We absolutely loved the staff and property. Broom were exceptionally clean, and the staff was wonderful.

My issue is Booking.com did not allow me to make changes to my reservation within 30 seconds of me booking it. So I was forced to purchase the same room through the hotel because Booking.com will not edit the dates.

The breakfast was delicious and the woman running the breakfast was so personable and friendly. She was helpful and took great care of us. The front desk receptionists were also very nice and always had bottled water available.

The cost was very high but it was parents weekend and a football game at WFU. We were in town for a wedding, but there was a lot going on in Winston that weekend.

The difference between this property and many others I stayed at was the kindness of everybody. However, Brittany went out of her way to help me get into a room and wrote me to ask if everything was okay. The room was spotless and comfortable.

There was nothing I didn't like.

I like the friendliness of the staff. I was impressed to get a text an hour after I checked in to make sure that everything was OK. The breakfast bar was awesome. 

There was nothing I disliked about this property. I would definitely stay there again.
