The lady that checked us in was wonderful. She was so friendly and informative of all the things to do there. Very helpful.

Breakfast was deliousios. The lady that was fixing the drinks was not very approachable. She was rude to one of the men that was in there. We was going to leave her a tip until she done that. Most places has the drinks sitting out for you to fix yourself when its a buffett. She had stepped out and him and his daughter come in and went and fixed him and his daughter a beverage. When she come back she said you are not allowed to be back here. There was no sign or anything saying not to fix your own drink. She could have handeld that alot better than what she did. I know his daughter was embarrased. I just think she needs to be a little be more polite and the signs need to be showing that someone will fix your drinks and bring to your table.

The location is perfect, close to our daughter's apartment and close to shops, restaurants, etc. It's near the highway, but it was still quiet inside the room. The price is right and the staff is always very friendly and helpful. Added bonus: on the day we had breakfast at the hotel, the bacon was CRISPY!

The security lights in the parking lot seep through the curtains, making it look like daybreak all night long. The place could use a bit of freshening up, but for the price I'm not complaining.

The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. The hotel was close to the highway and to all kinds of services (retail, restaurants, gas stations, etc.). Friendly staff when available. Weekend breakfast was good. Good value for the area.

The room was advertised as providing an "excellent breakfast," but in fact it only provided breakfast on weekends. During the week, it offered a bag of packaged muffins, packaged donut holes and PopTarts. That was deceptive and extremely disappointing. Coffee and tea service in room was not adequate but staff was quick to replenish missing items when requested.

I have stayed at this property a few times over the past few years and i really, really love it. I stayed for two nights this last week and i brought my grandbaby with me. He really enjoyed himself and so did i. The room was very, clean and the swimming pool was also clean. We enjoyed swimming and relaxing.

I didn't like that i couldn't wake up in time to go eat breakfast. I always over sleep. Breakfast is always great to they have grits, bacon, sausage,eggs, muffins and a little more.

Super location! Restaurants & shopping within walking distance & easy access to highways! Spacious & comfortable rooms, attentive & courteous staff, DELICIOUS full breakfast served with ceramic dishes & silverware!!!

Pillows on bed were either too flat or too fluffy. The rooms could use a little more art on the walls....perhaps from local artists?

The front desk was very helpful. She provided a bandaid for us and told us where we were to meet.

Breakfast was fine, but was not allowed to take back to room. That was disappointing to my daughter who had her infant with her. My daughter was breastfeeding her baby and was covered -up, but the staff from the kitchen scoffed at her and said sarcastically, "oh my."

Staff customer service was great. The staff were very friendly. The room was clean, and the location was close to the venue we attended.

It was not a problem for me personally, but some other guests complained about no elevator service to get on the 2nd floor. I would let management know if I planned on carrying a lot of personal items to my room, not to book me on the second floor.

The rooms were clean and breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable and the location felt safe. It wad convenient to 40 and had lots of restaurants and shops around it. There was a mini fridge and a microwave and everything was nice.

The facility was a little outdated, but that didn't bother us. For the price and the amenities I was perfectly happy. It was not run down or anything, just not particularly modern.

It was a good location and clean place to stay. The only down side I had was there was an internet that was advertised to pay for that took my money but never gave me the internet. The lady at the front desk was very nice and tried to help but ultimately she could not do anything. I just think there shouldn’t be an advertisement for purchasing something at the hotel that they are not actually able to give. I did call the number for the internet but no one helped me just kept me on the phone for like 1 hour taking in circles instead of getting me a refund.

The room was comfortable but the desk chair was too close to the bed.

The fitness center only had 3 machines and the stair stepper machine was falling apart. There were no towels available in the fitness room. There was no option for a breakfast to go. We were very disappointed.
