The residence is at 20 minutes from the railway station of the Konstanz city. Walk with luggage from the bahnhof to the residence is a little bit difficult because of the paved way in the old Konstanz center. The residence is quite new, modern, well designed, with big space including kitchen equipped with microwave oven. The bathroom is large and clean. The most impressive detail is the king size bed, it is 2 meter large. The Konstanz city is very nice, it is like a see border thanks to the Konstanz lake.

The mosquitoes screen doesn't hold well and risk to fall. Beware of it.

Well located in quiet location about a ten minute walk into the centre or lake. Spacious rooms that have been very well designed with good storage for luggage, large very comfortable bed, aircon, great shower. We had been allocated a disabled room which was enormous and on the ground floor with a small garden patio. We felt very at home and could have stayed longer. A lot of thought and effort has been put into the property and everything is maintained to a very high standard. The first place ever to have proper wineglasses - red, white, sparkling and beer. Very impressive.

There are a lot of rules to follow which may be fine for a one visit trip but time consuming when you move every third day. Washing machines in the basement but you need to buy special coins to use from the vending machine which is €5 but you only need two for a wash, so spares you cannot get a refund on. Minor detail.

The self-check-in process was quick and easy. The room was very clean, well-organized, and reasonably sized. The neighborhood is quiet, and the location is excellent. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Konstanz.

The check-in information was only provided after booking, in a long and somewhat confusing email. It would be helpful if this information were clearly available before making a reservation, in case it poses any issues for potential guests. Also, the breakfast operates on an all-or-nothing basis: it must be reserved for the entire stay, and the last chance to do so is during self-check-in. I wanted to try it for just one of my three days, but unfortunately, that wasn't allowed.

The staff were very friendly and professional. I dropped my credit card in the reception and the staff went above and beyond to return it to me. The rooms are comfortable and very modern. It's really close to the town centre, and supermarkets. Great for exploring on foot. The beds were extremely comfortable and the location was very quiet and peaceful at night despite being very central.

Check in was a bit of a pain as we had to park in a metered area to get to the automated reception and pick up our key. Parking in the garage was expensive for one night (20 euros) and very tight. It looked like many people had scratched their cars coming in and out. The kitchenette was a bit sparse but fine for a single night.

The room provided the basic essentials and was clean. Instructions were clear and easy to understand.

We wanted to do laundry on arrival but the laundry tokens were not available until morning. The price was expensive and seemed excessive for what was provided (an ok room with bathroom). The kitchen was not a kitchen, but rather a microwave and sink in a cupboard. The walk into old town felt long after cycling all day. Sorry, it sounds like whining, but i felt like the price should have been about 40% less than what we paid after seeing the resulting accommodations.

The apartment was very comfortable,spotlessly cllean,everything you could want in an apartment. The breakfasts were exceptional,probably the best selection of food i have had anywhere,and the table presentation was 5 star standard.Very impressed all round would be hard pressed to improve on anything.The hosts were welcoming and friendly. All in all this would be hard to beat.

Nothing,except it is a 10 minute walk into the old town.This is not a critisicm, but anyone with mobility problems might find this an issue,although there is public transport.

The place was clean and organised. It gave the privacy and you can arrange as you want. The information was given in advance so there was not personal to welcome you, you do all by yourself. It would have been nicer if the place offers a place to sit and drink the coffee.

I would appreciate if they put some bar chairs to drink the coffee near the machine, also some recommendations of places to visit or tours instead of massive flyers. Not sure if it was just my room but I have just a single size couverture. Even though it was a room for one single person, I prefer to sleep with one having the same size as the bed :)

The apartment is equipped with everything you need to relax. Very comfortable beds. Modern bathroom, large terrace. A nice living room (but there is only one armchair and a very small table). In the kitchen - a filter coffee machine, a toaster, a microwave. Check-in is very simple. There are also lockers to store your luggage until 3 p.m. A very nice stay in a quiet place - but very close to the old town and the port.

We slept there one night because of a bicycle trip around the Lake of Constance but I could have imagined staying longer in the apartment. The room was very clean and was big enough. Also, the facility was modern and had everything that we needed. There was a fly screen on all the windows, which made it possible to leave the windows open during warm summer temperatures. There were some fresh cleaning materials for the kitchen as also towels, shampoo, shower gel, body lotion and a hairdryer. There were also some washing machines and dryers which we did not need in our case. The bicycles could be (or have to be parked) in the garage which was a point for us to stay there. The check-in is at an automat which allows you to get there later. Also, the location is near the Lake of Constance and the center, and there are cafés for breakfast around. In the room was a book with pieces of information in which you can find for example where the supermarkets are. I can't say anything about the staff because we had no contact.

The book with the pieces of information is written in German, which was for me as an Austrian no problem. At the check-in, I met two Italian men who talked in English with me and so I think it would be good to write the pieces of information also in English so that everyone can understand. In the garage was not too much space for bicycles and as we came there back later that evening we have to get some space for our bikes. Maybe there could be some more space for bicycles because the Lake of Constance is a loved place for bicycle tours. Some of the apartments have separate balconies. Ours was together with some of the other apartments. It would be nice if the balcony would be separated from the others for some privacy. Otherwise, we had a nice stay.

The size of the room is exceptional and the facilities inside which is for me comparable to 4-5 star hotels. The cleanliness is excellent. The location is so quiet so you can relax when you decide to book here.

For me, its not totally disliked. The location is approximately around 1.5km from the Konstanz city center but its accessible with the city bus.
