Stayed at Club Palolem Resort in November 2024. I had a great time there, and Syd and his staff looked after me very well. I appreciated the free water each day and the way i could easily exchange my foreign currency at their reception. Also i even got my sim card bought and installed at the accommodation. Loved the hammock outside my bungalow. Will certainly reccommend to anyone else who is thinking of staying there.

Bathroom could do with a makeover. Was ok, but needs to be modernised. TV was pretty old as well, although was usable

The staff were very friendly , helpful and cooperative. Breakfast was pretty decent and served hot. Location of the resort is fantastic with very easy access to the beach. The stay was comfortable and peaceful. Recommended.

The amenities in the room could have been better for example there was no chairs inside the room. No place to keep the luggage. No glasses were provided and electric kettle was provided only when asked for. The bathroom was big , clean and spacious but not done up properly. The AC was hardly functional.

Fantastic location, a short stroll to the beach but set back enough to be quiet & peaceful. Sid was a great host and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. I am gluten free and he even managed to source some gluten free bread to accompany my morning masala omelette! Thoroughly recommended for peace, comfort and tranquility in Palolem.

The staff were so helpful and friendly. Sid is genius at making guests welcome. Even gave us red roses on Valentines Day. He always checks to make sure guests are happy. Breakfast came with a choice of Indian or Euro food. The service was quick, efficient and friendly. Pakoras were fabulous! Location of the hotel is ideal. It has convenient beach access via Art Cafe but is set in a lovely quiet garden. Very peaceful after the music on the beach. Room was comfortable and clean

The resort is one of the best properties in Palolem. It is only a minute away from the beach. Talking of the resort - everything was amazing. From the hospitality to the customer service everything was absolutely top notch. Also special mention to the staff, they were the nicest people out there and would go out of their way to make your stay convenient.

No complaints at all

It was a limited breakfast. It was freshly made. The breakfast was very very delicious. The kitchen staff was very good in preparing the breakfast and other meals that we ordered. The most important thing is the property is absolutely peace and quite a very nice place for a peaceful getaway

As a soft message I would line the place to be a little more clean. Overall we had a wonderful stay

As room was available at this time. Life saver allowed us to check in to our room at 5am after long flight. Fantastic.

Nothing. But be be aware. For us. They couldn’t accept Non Indian card. Or any international card And we had to pay cash. No big issue at end. But would have been good to know beforehand

The ambience is nice , they have a pretty center garden.The rooms are nice but could be more clean.

It was inclusive of breakfast however they couldn’t provide us on the day we were leaving as their breakfast timings starts from some 9 or 9.30 AM onward.Even though we informed them 1 day earlier and the staff agreed to provide us the idlis they didn’t provide us.

The location is excellent, 5 minutes from the beach. Rooms were spacious, comfy beds, AC and exceptionally clean. Breakfast was nice and for the cost, good value. The rooms are situated in a lovely garden. Sid the manager was so helpful.

Liked everything but from a constructive point of view, some nice table coverings in the breakfast area, would enhance the experience.

The property is big. The rooms are spacious and facilities are amazing. It is well maintained and clean. the staff are co-operative and polite. They assisted us in almost everything, helped us get medicines and when we wanted to extend even helped us get another place. The parking is good, and we had good qty of breakfast. Definitely value for money. it’s walkable distance from the beach.
