Everything was perfect, the host is really sweet. She gave us non-tourist restaurants recommendations. The location is exceptional, the metro is just a block away, like 5min. Vatican city 20min away, and the colosseum area is within reach. Air conditioning is working as long and as good as necessary. Yeah, there is a sound of plumbing in bathroom, but it is not annoying. And the view from the balcony is insane!✨

Maybe needs some cutlery.

The room was very clean, very well laid out. It had every minute that you needed including your tea and coffee. The ladies were so accommodating and helpful when I required some printing. Doing. The apartment is on the 4th floor with a very quaint old style lift . It is a 6 minute walk to the metro which allows you into the centre of Rome. And Vatican city itself is a 25 minute walk from the room A 30 minute walk to the stadia Olympico And a 5-minute walk into the Irish bar.

5 minutes walk to the metro, 15 minutes to the Vatican. Even though it was a guest house, they gave me the opportunity to leave my things until the train departed, so that I wouldn’t have to carry them with me. Very fast wi-fi )

Soundproofing of balcony doors and windows. It’s as if there is no door at all and mania is driving next to me.

The accommodation has a nice ambience being in an apartment complex that seemed very authentic. The area was quiet but still close enough to tourist sites. The staff were nice and helpful. The space was quite large and met all requirements, I would recommend property for someone staying for longer stay then me,

There is no 24 hour desk,

Comfortable clean room - no issues with entry etc and was reasonably quiet in evening and handy for metro links to Trevi, Spanish Steps and Vatican (Although could walk to Vatican)

Only thing I didn’t like was no safe for keeping valuables however saying that building was very secure

Great location, close to a metro stop, restaurants, and grocery shops. The apartment had all the facilities we needed and we were warmly greeted by our host Michela. We stayed in Rome to do the Rome Marathon and this place was very convenient.

In the evening we could sometimes hear the neighbors, but that usually lasted no longer than till 23:00. The shower place was funny - in front of the kitchenette :)

Everything, from check-in to departure. They even arranged for a driver to take us to the airport at short notice. Loved the location, a little away from the crowds, but so close to the Vatican and the Metro. Michala made us feel so welcome.

Despite my inability to speak much useful Italian, the host Michela did a fantastic job of guiding me to the room (it's located in a larger multi-purpose facility), checking me in and explaining everything, and arranging an early morning taxi to the airport. The room was nice & clean, and the bed comfortable. There's a small balcony as well. There was a hot water maker for tea/coffee. (A mini-fridge would be a welcome addition!). The A/C worked wonderfully. The facility is located on a pretty residential street not far from a couple of metro stops. It's a 20-25 walk to the city center ruins, but the location doesn't have any tourists and had an authentic local flair. Thanks Michela!

Clean,very easy to have access too,the position is very easy to reach the neighborhood is very nice and clean,the room is very spacious and comfortable,clean and cozy,I loved that the check in and check out procedures were sooo easy and the lady that is in charge of the place was lovely,I definitely recommend!!

Beautiful facilities. Location was further out from centre but within walking distance and heaps of eating facilities nearby. Great public transport. Excellent communication from the hosts

We had an issue with leaking in the bathroom that we could not figure out where it came from but the staff were super quick to try and resolve it
