Great size apartment, clean and comfortable. We pretty much had everything we needed. Breakfast was plenty with good variety. Enjoyed sitting outside by the pool eating breakfast. Breakfast times were good too, from 7.15 to 10 15am Great little supermarket just around the corner, as well as some good restaurants. We ate at Poco Loco Mexican and the cafe/ bar opposite hotel. Bus stop to town and other places just around the corner too. Steep hill to beach and town but good walk and lovely views.

Could have done with some more sockets in the kitchen area. Pool was freezing but I braved it as I had been looking forward to getting in it.

Breakfast and the space in the room were both amazing ! The whole building is very quiet and clean with friendly staff.

One thing to improve ABSOUTELY is to reduce water pressure on every taps (kitchen and bathroom sink + shower) the pressure and flow are so intense that it is a joke to show a message of helping to reduce water waste by keeping our towels a bit longer. It is a true winner to adjust and install water stream reducers so please don't be much into green washing, but instead advert the efforts you've been involved in such as water stream control when it's done 🙏🏽

In a lovely area and although the parking is street parking the area seems so safe I rate it over some hotel private parking we have never failed to find a spot near by. The whole vibe of the apartmenst is clean fresh and lovely. Quirky breakfast on the hot food (Pizza one morning) but with sucha a variety of hot and cold food available you will find something you like. I have always stayed here on all my Island visits and so disapointed that there were no rooms available this trip However we refusted to stay in the hotel we had booked and as a last resort we found they had one room available so we thankfully checked out of that dump and were so happy to get a room here.

Nothing. Maybe the pool could have been 1 degree higher. (Joking)

we liked the amenities, the breakfast was good and different every day. the pool is well maintained all the employees were helpful and smiling all the time we also liked the two sitting areas next to the pool, we stayed there every evening the apartment we got had a wonderful view to the pool area and to the ocean

the mattresses were a little bit old and way too soft for our taste, it would be better if they will consider changing them in the future

We stayed 2 nights there. Our apartament was clean, spacious and had a lot of facilities ( fridge, microwave etc- we didn't need to use them). The neighborhood is vey quite and is located not so close to the centre, around 1 km walking but that didn't bother us cause we love walking down the streets. Parking is free, right in front of the hotel. To sum up, it was ok not extraordinary, but the price was very good for Puerto de la Cruz. Even if there were few things I didn't feel comfortable with, the hotel is nice,it was worth staying here for 2 nights to explore Puerto de la Cruz.

If you want a hairdryer you must ask at the reception. You will get one little, old style airdryer but it was ok after all. The bathroom is quite small, with a tiny bathtube, they have a water heater so be careful cause the warm water runs out quickly . The soap ran out very quickly the second day, we didn"t ask for another cause we were out in town. The bed and the pillows were not so comfortable. Very thin walls, we heard a lot of noise out there . The breakfast had very few options, but was acceptable.

Nice location, clean rooms, adequate facilities, friendly people. Check in and check out was a breeze. Free parking is available on the street in front. We had no problem finding a place to park on any of the days.

Some maintenance issues like all rooms have twin beds (no double beds 🤔) and one of our mattresses was not in a food condition. The bathroom window was stuck and not closing. The wifi connection keeps dropping and problems with logging into on demand channels on TV like Netflix and Prime. However, they were very helpful, and patient and fixed most of the issues after we raised them.

The place was clean, with comfortable beds, and ample parking on the street. It was easy to get to and the staff were all very helpful and kind; assisting us with places to go and ideas about exploring the island. The pool was a wonderful end to our busy days exploring Tenerife. The continental breakfast was superb and varied each day! A great restaurant catering to many locals directly across the street was convenient.

The Wifi was frustrating however I understand there was some issues related to it that was out of their control and they certainly assisted us to ensure we were able to obtain access to it.

Really well equipped apartment with spacious balcony. The beds were very comfortable, but the sofa in the living room wasn't as that comfortable. The breakfast was good with a large selection of food and beverages. There was no problem with parking directly in front of the hotel and there was always enough free space. The location is quite far from the center and the beach, mainly because it is on a hill, but it's a really nice town and I didn't mind walking that much. Overall great value for money.

Hotel was fresh, clean and amazing. Really clean, good sound insulation in the rooms, was located on first floor my room, had my own porch to chill. Breakfast changes each time, last day the coffee machine broke down so it was an issue to some people.

Swiming pool was not heated and sometimes its hard to find a car to park as you do it on the street with locals, but thats it.

Mostly, we really enjoy our stay here. The apartment is for two persons pretty spacious and there was almost everything we need (we only miss the hair dryer). The staff was also very friendly and helpful. Even though it is a smaller hotel, it was nice that there was always someone at the reception, even at night. The accommodation also has very pleasant surroundings, with plenty of free parking spaces and good access to the center. We went almost everywhere within the city on foot. Nice surrprise was also the breakfast. Everyday was something new there and even the basic offer was quite generous. We were so satisfied here that we extended our stay here for another 5 nights.

Unfortunately, we didn't sleep well the last 3 nights. The building has no sound insulation (old doors, thin walls or hard materials only make it worse), and if noisy, unempathetic people stay near you, you have simply a bad luck. Everything is very audible within the building. But previous 7 nights we slept well, so it really depends on who is staying nearby.
